Got a question about sending a parcel without owning a printer at DHL? Here are our FAQs to help you find the answer to your question. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, get in touch with our team for further assistance.

If you are unable to print parcel labels, please do not use DHLitNow or DHL by Phone to make your booking. This is because you must have a printer to print the label for your parcel.


Without a label, your package will be unable to get to its destination and the courier will be unable to accept your package.


If you don’t have access to a printer, please take your parcel a DHL Service Point where staff in store will print the label for your parcel.
