If you’re wondering, we’re able to deliver to all cities and towns including Subang Jaya, Kuala Lumpar and Klang. To send a package to Malaysia, choose from one of our FREE boxes, pack your items and either drop your parcel to one of our DHL Service Points, or arrange a courier collection from your home or work.
Please do not fully seal your parcel as DHL reserves the right to check your parcel for security reasons.
Our cheapest option for sending a parcel to Malaysia is through a DHL Service Point. Our pricing is simply based on the size of the FREE box you choose and the destination. Alternatively, you can use DHLitNow or DHL by Phone to arrange a courier to collect your parcel from your work or home and take it to a DHL depot to start the delivery process.
As long as your parcel does not get delayed at customs, you can expect your parcel to be delivered within 2-3 working days. To check your parcel reaches its destination, you can use our free track a parcel tool which can be used online, by phone or via text.
Alongside DHL’s restricted items which can be seen on what you can and can’t send, the Royal Malaysian Customs Department has also listed some items which can’t be sent.
