Eligibility and Terms and Conditions

1. All shipments are carried subject to DHL’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Carriage. 
2. Valid only when booking a courier collection online via DHLitNow. Not valid when dropping off at DHL Service Point locations, when booking a courier collection by phone or booking via a credit account. 
3. The promotional code OFFER15 must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
4. This offer is valid on shipments sent from the United Kingdom to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia only.
5. DHL reserves the right to suspend services in certain countries at any time, without notice. Please see the DHLitNow website for the latest details.
6. This offer entitles the purchasing customer to a 15% discount on the standard base shipping charges of a shipment sent in any one transaction. The discount will not apply to any additional costs or charges over and above the base shipping charges (including, without limitation, customs duties and taxes, surcharges, other charges and administration fees due in the shipment destination country).
7. This offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred, or resold nor can this offer be redeemed for cash.
8. In the event a refund of the base shipping charges is given, the refund will be based on the discounted shipping charges paid.
9. The offer is valid from 01/03/2024 to 30/04/2024.
10. All shipment orders are subject to acceptance by DHL. We reserve the right to decline any order, including where, in our opinion, the promotional code is invalid for the relevant purpose.
