Enough space to store flat-packed packaging that will be provided to you. These will be ready for quick and easy self-assembly and will take up approximately 140cm (L) x 120cm (W) x 70cm (D) of space

    Getting started as a DHL Service Point Partner

     

    • After successfully submitting your application, one of our Field Executives will contact you within 7 days.
    • Training will be scheduled by a Field Executive and the required equipment will be provided.
    • In-store marketing material such as window decals and posters will be distributed as part of your starter pack, and you'll be shown how to order new stock online.
    • Your store details will be added to Google listings and a webpage will be published, advertising that DHL Express services are provided at your store.
    • DHL Service Point Partner Support will be made available to you.
    • Congratulations! You are now a DHL Express Service Point Partner and have become a parcel collection point for DHL Express couriers

    You need to be able to securely store customer parcels where it’s not accessible to the general public, for example behind the counter or locked away. To store the folded packaging materials you’ll need approximately 140cm (L) x 120cm (W) x 70cm (D). These are provided to the customer depending on the box size they require.​

    Businesses with a retail storefront, such as convenience stores, newsagents, and small shops, are ideal. You must have a customer counter, regular opening hours, and secure parcel storage space.

    Your business will be listed on DHL’s online locator, Google Maps, Bing, Apple Maps, and other online directories, helping customers to easily find your store.​

    Regular weekday opening hours, starting no later than 10am and closing no earlier than 6pm and opened at the weekends to offer flexibility to our customers.
