A retail storefront with a store trading name sign and a counter to receive and process parcels
Enough space to store flat-packed packaging that will be provided to you. These will be ready for quick and easy self-assembly and will take up approximately 140cm (L) x 120cm (W) x 70cm (D) of space
A secure place to store customer parcels (not accessible to the general public)
Regular weekday and some weekend opening hours are a must
Computer with internet access and a printer

How much space do I need in store to perform the services required of a DHL Service Point partner?
You need to be able to securely store customer parcels where it’s not accessible to the general public, for example behind the counter or locked away. To store the folded packaging materials you’ll need approximately 140cm (L) x 120cm (W) x 70cm (D). These are provided to the customer depending on the box size they require.
Will I be provided with training to offer the service?
Yes, you will receive in person training by one of our local Field Executives, we will also provide you with user guides and access to our DHL Partner Helpline.
What equipment/software do I need to become a DHL Service Point?
An up-to-date web browser, reliable access to the internet and a printer with paper and ink. The best way to operate this service is to have a secondary mobile device for scanning shipments.
What type of business can become a DHL Service Point Partner?
Businesses with a retail storefront, such as convenience stores, newsagents, and small shops, are ideal. You must have a customer counter, regular opening hours, and secure parcel storage space.
