Forgot to load one of my suitcases didn't realise until unloaded the coach Monday night. Tuesday started finding ways to retrieve case from Ireland to England.Tuesday 1600 found your site, received wayward item Friday am. 3 days less time than a letter.

Thank you so much for getting my delivery from Darwin to Cape Town South Africa on time. I was impressed with the tracking system showing me where the parcel was right through to the end. If I ever need anything to go to South Africa or elsewhere again, I will sure use DHL again.

Great fast delivery
I have been using DHL for International Delivery’s every time the delivery got to me fast with no problems , I was sent a text when it would be delivered.
I would use DHL again and I would recommend DHL

My husband had a missed you note through the door. Driver had only put 9 digits on card so the automated redirection could not work. After searching the website I found a number where I could speak to a service operator, Michelle was brilliant, she found my correct number and as I could not change the delivery address she sorted that out for me too. My delivery arrived and before I could call and thank her she was phoning me to check the parcel had arrived as promised. Mistakes do happen, its human nature, its putting them right that counts and Michelle did just that.
Give the girl an extra day off!
My son lost his bank card whilst travelling back to Hong Kong, he ordered a new one on Sunday, asking us to send it out when it arrived hopefully by Wednesday, so he might have it for the weekend. Pre-emptying its arrival I rang DHL along with several others for a quote on Tuesday, no-one else gave me a reference number apart from DHL, and some others wouldn't take cards old or new & one I couldn't even speak to anyone as their supposed customer services needed a tracking number, which of course I didn't have or a phone number which when I entered mine they didn't recognise! Altogether a stressful morning apart from DHL. The card arrived about 9.50 on Wednesday morning, I rang DHL giving the reference number explaining there was an extra item to be added to the package & would require it to be picked up from work. I left home by 10.15 by 11.15 the package had been collected & was on its way to Hong Kong Friday morning 11.28 Hong Kong time, 3.28am GMT the new card was delivered. Thank you DHL for making a very stressful time a very efficient & courteous service. I will be sure to use you in the future & happy to recommend you to anyone.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently had reason to try and rearrange a delivery. I left a message with DHL Belfast and a lovely lady called Sharon contacted me. The customer service she provided was 100% and her helpful attitude really made my day! Well done Sharon and DHL Belfast! I never leave reviews so this is a first and well deserved.
