I have encountered many Couriers through work receiving packages and the guy's are really helpful and this was a similar occasion. 100%

DHL made an error in delivering. That happens with courier services and I understand it isn't always easy.
The lady (Grace) I spoke to on the 'phone made very effort possible to fix the problem and was professional, persoanble and polite all the way through.
the driver found me the next day to appologise and the make sure he knew where to find me for the next time.
The dedication to getting things right shines through.
Excellent company attitude and outstanding people.
In summary - so much better than most delivery services. DHL are showing how it should be done.

Had a package delivered for my partner today. The delivery driver is lovely. My work has been closed for a year nearly now due to lockdown, but he was the driver who always dropped off our stock when we were open. Was always lovely and polite. We missed the package yesterday so redelieverd today. Just want to say thank you to the driver and I hope from my reference number you will be able to see who he was and he can see this message and that he is appreciated.

Felt compelled to write this review about Christine, our DHL driver, who went above and beyond the call of duty whilst delivering my parcel on Tuesday. The bulky package was for an elderly friend of mine who lives on a third floor in a residential home. Christine went out of her way to deliver it, single handedly, directly to the front door. I can’t praise her enough for what she did. She is a credit to your company.

We received an order of a large mirror, the driver was concerned that the box was damaged and suggested that we check the mirror before he left. The Morrow was damaged inside and so he helped to pack it up and returned it for us. A new mirror was delivered by the same driver several weeks later and he kindly waited whilst we checked to ensure it was ok. Great service, much appreciated. Thank you!
