I got a delivery today, and the delivery man called Thomas was so lovely, he was kind and helpful. Asking me how my day was and was just so nice. Not many delivery driver's would talk as they are always busy. But he was just so kind. Would recommend.

I was standing less than 10 feet from my front door. Heard the letter box go and a missed delivery slip had been put through. They never even knocked first. The guy was still getting in his van when I opened the door. I also have a dog that barks when someone is at the door and she didn't bark either. Poor delivery service from the drivers.
