Attempted delivery but claim I wasn't at home. I haven't left all day. No attempt to call me, walk 30 secs to the main door to buzz in or deliver to my neighbours (5 neighbours, all 5 at home). I received no "your next" message even tho I signed up to it. I have been receiving messages all day regarding delayed delivery, then it conveniently stops went I'm supposed to recieve my parcel.

I would like to thank your driver who assisted me ,on the 6th of January ,when I fell and broke my wrist, on Slag Lane in New Whittington. Without his help it would have taken a lot longer to get to hospital and get treatment. I'm afraid I didn't take his van number or his name so I can't thank him directly. we had DHL make a delivery (from Argos) for an American style fridge freezer. The guys were beyond helpful after realising we couldn’t get the fridge through the front door (the doorframe was ok, but it was the actual door that made it not fit).. My stupid mistake... The two guys helped me to remove the front door and they did not have an easy job of lifting the fridge through (I swear one of them could have got a hernia). They even then helped to put the door back on afterwards, even though I already worried that I’d already taken up too much of their time. I didn’t catch their name, but I’d say give those guys a well deserved break, they certainly earned it!

For some reason I was unable to print off the required forms for pick up and Rab Davidson (EIBA) stepped in and saved the day. He asked me to email him the document and said he would print it out at the depo. This was all done with good hearted manners and exceptional competence. Many, many thanks for saving the day Rab. Would not hesitate to use this service again.

Hidden double charges for something included in the price. Package did arrive.

I have had parcels sent from UK to Peru. The latest had no tracking information updated and until the driver arrived at the door, as far as I knew it was stuck in Heathrow. Then the driver demanded the PEN equivalent of €10 because, as of the start of the year, they are charging this on all imports. WHY? I paid for door-to-door service; why do I have to pay for this again???? There were no customs duties to pay/administer, nothing other than the absolute minimum. Did someone decide that profits are down due to Covid, so the solution is to shakedown the customers? We are all suffering, but it is temporary; this comes across as spraying us with contempt.
