I arrive at Nine Elms yesterday to pick up a package. I'd managed to throw away the reminder note and delete the text so had no waybill number. The team's reaction was to be charming and helpful and a young lad called Arun (?) took ownership of the issue. He spent half an hour tracking it down, personally contacting the courier to locate it. The team were all smiley, helpful and hospitable and I was charmed by them. Thank you, Nine Elms Service Point team. Regards - Mike

We took out parcel for collection on Tuesday morning and it has been delivered to our son in Los Angeles on Thursday morning, less than 48 hours. We will never use the Post Office again as they take over two weeks (nearly 4 at Xmas) to deliver air mail parcels and then some of them get lost as ours did with no compensation payable. DHL cost a bit more but they are well worth it, easy to track from the offset to delivery. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I had to send some important and time sensitive documents, plus a couple of christmas cards to family in Sierra Leone. At the service point on Tuesday I was told I had missed the last posting date before Christmas. So I was a little worried and anxious as I tracked my parcel, but to my surprise it arrived in Freetown today and just now my relative was called by DHL and told she could collect it tomorrow morning (Sat 22nd Dec). So I'm very happy, thanks for a great service.

Sent a parcel from Stoke-on-Trent, UK to Cebu, Philippines (SM City Mall servicepoint). I had sealed cards and gifts and was told I should have left them open for inspection but the parcel was accepted and was told it would be X-rayed so I didn't have to open everything. Even though the time stated up to 5 days for delivery the parcel arrived at it's collection point in the Philippines in 2 days. Very quick! The condition of the parcel was good too. The person collecting the parcel even got a telephone call from the service point agent saying the parcel was ready to collect (I had left the receivers mobile number in case of problems). Would definitely use again.

Competitive prices for a courier service and phenomenal service!

Exceptional service - sent a parcel of sensitive documents on Friday afternoon to Ottowa, Canada and arrived, signed for, by 12 noon on the following Monday. Prices are expensive compared to Royal Mail but extremely competitive with other courier services and worth every penny with door-to-door tracking and express turnaround. Would highly recommend to anyone!
