Exceptional service - sent a parcel of sensitive documents on Friday afternoon to Ottowa, Canada and arrived, signed for, by 12 noon on the following Monday. Prices are expensive compared to Royal Mail but extremely competitive with other courier services and worth every penny with door-to-door tracking and express turnaround. Would highly recommend to anyone!

After years of hassling with Royal Mail, I used DHL to send my daughter's clothing from UK to California. We were both very impressed with the efficient service and we actually found it fun to keep up with the package using the detailed online tracking! We will be using DHL again.

I have been a customer of Staples for some time but although I saw the DHL Servicepoint in store I always thought it would be too expensive. I could not be more wrong. I had to send a parcel to my daughter in Boston and looked at various couriers on line. Decided to use DHL Servicepoint as it was close to me. From the helpfull staff, to the price, to the unbeleivable speed of delivery I can not be more impressed and can only kick myself for not using them in the past.
My wife thought it would take at least 20 minutes to sent the parcel. In fact it was all done in less than 10. We were given a tracking number to follow the parcel's route. So imagine my surprise,
when I checked on thursday, to find that the parcel had arrived on Wednessday when it was only
posted on Monday.
Best service I have come accross and all I can say is "If you haven't tried them, DO IT"
