Sent a Christmas present on 23rd of December 2013 from Liverpool, UK, in the 1kg box, to Taiwan, it got there on Christmas Day 25th December. They tried to deliver but nobody was home so they called my girlfriend on her cell phone and arranged to deliver to her work. Made her Christmas Day (even though she had to work). Excellent service, great value for money, and you can track it online every step of the way. Will definitely use again.

I sent some very important documents to Asia and was nervous about them going missing as 7000 miles seemed a long way. I took my package to the servicepoint nearest my home. The staff there were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. I was able to track my package the whole way to it's destination and it arrived safely less than 40 hours later, not even 2 full days. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish!!
