I have been a customer of Staples for some time but although I saw the DHL Servicepoint in store I always thought it would be too expensive. I could not be more wrong. I had to send a parcel to my daughter in Boston and looked at various couriers on line. Decided to use DHL Servicepoint as it was close to me. From the helpfull staff, to the price, to the unbeleivable speed of delivery I can not be more impressed and can only kick myself for not using them in the past. My wife thought it would take at least 20 minutes to sent the parcel. In fact it was all done in less than 10. We were given a tracking number to follow the parcel's route. So imagine my surprise, when I checked on thursday, to find that the parcel had arrived on Wednessday when it was only posted on Monday. Best service I have come accross and all I can say is "If you haven't tried them, DO IT"

I posted my documents on monday at 10am to India ..... they were in my house by Wednesday 10 am ..... the service is awesome and excellent ..... I recommend to use this service 101% to all the people who send gifts or documents or any things to anywhere in the world. Thanks to all the DHL people who are working in DHL ..... regarding the service you are providing to customers, all over the world. Also thanks to WHSmith people working at Argyle street, Glasgow. I was most impressed by the service offered on DHL's behalf by Staples in York. I've now used the service twice to send parcels to Canada and both times the staff have been incredibly helpful and efficient. Having a box provided and someone to sort out all the customs documents is a great help and both times my parcel has reached its destination in 5 days. It's' not cheap - but its probably no more expensive that other operators and it's certainly quick and easy.

This was just so brilliantly easy - take items to Staples in Banbury, they box it up and in minutes the parcel is sorted and at £12.95 a real bargain. DHL collected it the same day, and 24 hours later it was delivered to Sussex and signed for - I was able to track it every step of the way. Simple, quick, inexpensive. Brilliant.

I would thoroughly recommend using this service to send parcels to Europe quickly. The instore staff were very helpful as was the courier who waited for my parcel. Tracking enabled me to know progress of the item and report this to those awaiting it. From Surrey to a remote part of Romania in 3 days - impressive!

I recently sent a package to S E Asia and was told it would take between 1 -5 working days. It actually left Canterbury on Thursday, the day I took it into Rymans and arrived at its destination the following Monday morning. I'd just like to thank all your staff for their help in this transaction. I would definitely use you again, and also recommend you. Well done. You came up with the goods.

I have recently sent my documents to Thailand with a DHL servicepoint in Coventry and I find it is very simple! Ryman, the servicepoint, is conveniently located in the city centre and their staff is very helpful. The envelope arrives in a good condition, and it only took 2 days! (compare to Parcelforce who achieves the same goal but charges a lot more). I will definitely use DHL again next time, and will recommend this service to my friends. I think DHL should advertise more about the servicepoints, since I only find out online.

I recently used the Post Office Service for overseas mail Airsure which took 10 days to deliver to San Javier in Murcia although their advertising states about 3 working days. I only found out about DHL's service last week the same delivery destination from the East Midlands took under two days with DHL and was fully tracked throughout. It is worth the extra cost because it actually does what it says on the tin. The staff in WH Smith, Burton on Trent were great. I think DHL needs to advertise their link up with Rymans, WH Smiths and Staples more because I was completely unaware and thought DHL courier services was only for business customers.
