We took out parcel for collection on Tuesday morning and it has been delivered to our son in Los Angeles on Thursday morning, less than 48 hours. We will never use the Post Office again as they take over two weeks (nearly 4 at Xmas) to deliver air mail parcels and then some of them get lost as ours did with no compensation payable. DHL cost a bit more but they are well worth it, easy to track from the offset to delivery. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I have send parcels to my friend in Ghana and was amazed by speed of delivery and courtesy of DHL staff.

I had to send some important and time sensitive documents, plus a couple of christmas cards to family in Sierra Leone. At the service point on Tuesday I was told I had missed the last posting date before Christmas. So I was a little worried and anxious as I tracked my parcel, but to my surprise it arrived in Freetown today and just now my relative was called by DHL and told she could collect it tomorrow morning (Sat 22nd Dec). So I'm very happy, thanks for a great service.

Sent a parcel from Stoke-on-Trent, UK to Cebu, Philippines (SM City Mall servicepoint). I had sealed cards and gifts and was told I should have left them open for inspection but the parcel was accepted and was told it would be X-rayed so I didn't have to open everything. Even though the time stated up to 5 days for delivery the parcel arrived at it's collection point in the Philippines in 2 days. Very quick! The condition of the parcel was good too. The person collecting the parcel even got a telephone call from the service point agent saying the parcel was ready to collect (I had left the receivers mobile number in case of problems). Would definitely use again.

I am really happy with the service of DHL, it was amazing and quick. But one negative point is that the prices are bit high, however you feel safe when you send something with DHL. Keep it up, and please lower the prices if it's possible.

BRILLIANT it was good too be able too track the documents so very pleased with the service Norwich to India two days. Lost so many items with ROYAL MAIL will definitely use this service again. Thanks to the friendly young lady in Ryman Norwich.

Exceptional service - sent a parcel of sensitive documents on Friday afternoon to Ottowa, Canada and arrived, signed for, by 12 noon on the following Monday. Prices are expensive compared to Royal Mail but extremely competitive with other courier services and worth every penny with door-to-door tracking and express turnaround. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Parcel dropped at DHL Servicepoint in Elgin, north of Scotland was delivered to my son in South Carolina within 36 hours - very impressive.

After years of hassling with Royal Mail, I used DHL to send my daughter's clothing from UK to California. We were both very impressed with the efficient service and we actually found it fun to keep up with the package using the detailed online tracking! We will be using DHL again.

Staff at my local Servicepoint (Access Self Storage, Erdington, Birmingham) were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would certainly use the service again.
