I didn't know my package was arriving today, so i went out shopping. When i returned i had a Missed collection form and i noticed i had a missed call and i took a chance and called the missed caller and it was the DHL van driver who immediately remembered my address. I asked him if i could possibly meet him somewhere to get my goods rather than him taking it back to base. He said yes, no problem and gave me three areas where he was going to deliver and i picked one i knew and he said he'd be there at 3pm. I got there early and he turned up and i happily had my package. THIS SIMPLE PHONE CALL FROM THE DRIVER MADE THE WHOLE TRANSACTION A DODDLE. The driver was great and it made my day !!! Service centre code 2139 Telford.

I would just like to say a BIG thank you to your driver. I missed my delivery this afternoon (Friday) by 10 minutes so I rang to see if there was any chance the driver would return to my house to drop off my delivery, otherwise I would have had to wait till Monday! He said he would try his best. Within an hour and a half my item had been delivered! The parcel contained my wedding dress, so I really can't thank him enough for making the return journey to my house. I would highly recommend using DHL in the future. Regards from one happy bride to be!!!

Went to WH Smith store in New Malden and sent letters abroad. The service was excellent, bearing in mind I had never sent anything by courier service before. The Manager explained all the details to me and told me I could also track everything on line. The tracking service was so clear and detailed everything. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend using DHL to other people. By the way my letter arrived within 2 working days.

I have to say that I was well impressed to receive a text on Friday to say that my parcel had been delivered and who had signed for it.
