There is no postal system in Nepal This is the first time I have ever used an international courier. I chose DHL because of the local agent. The parcel was picked up in Kidderminster, Worcestershire Tuesday 10 June at 11.37 It was delivered on Friday 13 June at 15.35 in Kathmandu. What a fantastic service. I will have no hesitation in using DHL again and will recommend DHL to anyone. Well done. Martyn Griffiths

A very last-minute change in plans meant that I needed an urgent delivery and at first it seemed impossible - bank holiday weekend and living in a remote rural area. From picking up the phone in a panic to the parcel arriving at its destination in perfect time, the advice and service you gave was outstanding. I had missed a home delivery so arrived at the depot to collect my parcel. Unfortunately the reception was closed, but a driver from the depot very kindly agreed to get the parcel for me. The item was a piece of clothing that my daughter wanted to wear that evening and we had made a 20 mile round trip to the depot. The driver was called Rob, and he went out of his way to help. Thank you very much.
