Thank you for your recent comments regarding the DHL service. We are very sorry to hear of your issues with Nigeria customs. However, we can only stress that DHL (or any other courier company) has no control over local custom departments and any duties applied is enforced by the country custom authorities.
We try our up most to highlight that duties may be be applied when sending goods internationally by including information within the leaflet, the information pad, the receipt wallet and the air way bill - all of which can be found instore when sending your parcel.
Once again, we are very sorry to hear of your issues and hope you continue to use the DHL service in future months.
