I sent some very important documents to Asia and was nervous about them going missing as
7000 miles seemed a long way. I took my package to the servicepoint nearest my home. The staff there were very pleasant, efficient and helpful.
I was able to track my package the whole way to it's destination and it arrived safely less than
40 hours later, not even 2 full days. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish!!

I arrive at Nine Elms yesterday to pick up a package. I'd managed to throw away the reminder note and delete the text so had no waybill number. The team's reaction was to be charming and helpful and a young lad called Arun
(?) took ownership of the issue. He spent half an hour tracking it down, personally contacting the courier to locate it.
The team were all smiley, helpful and hospitable and I was charmed by them.

I ordered something from Barcelona, Spain and on the product website it said that I should receive my order in the next 7 to 12 days.
Instead, I received it in less than 48 hours, thanks to DHL! I love it and now know to use it more often.

We took out parcel for collection on Tuesday morning and it has been delivered to our son in Los Angeles on Thursday morning, less than 48 hours. We will never use the Post Office again as they take over two weeks (nearly 4 at Xmas) to deliver air mail parcels and then some of them get lost as ours did with no compensation payable. DHL cost a bit more but they are well worth it, easy to track from the offset to delivery.
