I had the upmost service from a kind delivery driver named Paul. Courier Route ID: DY2B. He was very friendly and went out of his way to assist with the issues I had with my VAT payments. His patience and kindness in this circumstance went a long way and I was very impressed with this service. I would be happy to use the services of DHL again with the great impression Paul left on me. THANK YOU !

I understand that we cannot judge a company just because of an unfortunate chain of incompetencies involving a handful of people but I was unlucky enough to be caught in a saga of the sort. 1. First I received a text message telling my that there was an attempted delivery but I wasn't at home. No phone call, note left by the driver or attempt to deliver. I work from home so I am in all day. 2. I contact DHL and I am told the driver is going to attempt to redeliver on the same day. I am finally told he cannot do it so it is rescheduled for the next day. 3. The next day nobody shows up. No notifications from DHL. I contact customer services again and am told that they are sorry but they could not fulfill their promise of a delivery, why ? who knows. 4. I am told that 2 days later (on the following monday) my parcel will be delivered in high priority, guess what ? nobody turned up and I am told that I have to pick up my parcel from the depot. When I had clearly arranged a redelivery to my home address. 5. Tonight I am told "Please except my apologies, the courier has taken your shipment out for delivery today and has seen the original ODD. " why hasn't he seen the updated version of the ODD ? mystery again. 6. fingers crossed for tomorrow or I am going to have to hire a stork to go and pick up my parcel from their depot.

Ricky was brilliant! He called me several times to keep me posted on his progress for my delivery - flowers for a birthday surprise! There was a problem with the numbering of the apartments, but thanks to Ricky and his perseverance, he was an angel. Very polite, very helpful and very friendly. Thank you!

DHL driver was meant to pick you my parcel, I’m very sure he didn’t come and lied that no one is home. First of all, it’s not my house it’s a work place where the reception is manned 24/7. Call customer care, supervisor lied that he’s gonna call back. 2 days on, no driver has picked my parcel! Never using dhl again!!!!

Disgusted with one your drivers sat in his lorry blocked up disabled parking road watched me struggle to park with my elderly mother never moved stayed on his phone And two work colleagues sat next to him had to mount pavement to pass don’t give company

So expensive and disappointing
Very disappointed with DHL services. Staff at Winchester Safestore said the documents were going to be delivered in 2 working days. I've paid £33 for posting 4 sheets of documents. ... Read more
Very disappointed with DHL services. Staff at Winchester Safestore said the documents were going to be delivered in 2 working days. I've paid £33 for posting 4 sheets of documents. Online tracking is saying it will not be delivered until 20th Aug, meaning it will be 10 days after posting! If there was any indication that it would take this long, I would have gone to the post office and saved a lot of money and hassle. Now the documents are in the 2nd day sitting in Recife (Brazil) with the following message on online tracking 'Shipment held - Available upon receipt of payment'. I've paid all it was demanded (which was a lot for the service provided). There are no customs fees as the content is only documents. You'll never see myself as a customer again!

Driver was an hour late picking up the parcel , between 8am and 11am he arrived at 12 pm asked me for the labels , but I was told he would have them , went back to his van produced 2 labels , sed he wud be back at 4pm as he cud not wait 5 mins for me to fill in the labels . Rubbish service .
