How do I know if I am a DHL Express or DHL eCommerce customer? All DHL Express shipments use a 10-digit tracking number. If your tracking number is not 10 digits, track your shipment on the DHL eCommerce website.

So glad the box got there in 2 days very happy with speedy service however the box size and weight allowance, at time of selection online, stated a bigger box with 7kg Weight allowance. Upon going to the selected store to fill my box, the box was smaller with a 5kg weight allowance than what had been stipulated, for the same price, online. The person at the shop said that this is the case, that online dies say a bigger box, however the box size in store was correct, saying the weight does not matter. So I could not send as much, all of the items, that I wanted to send. I was happy it got there in 2 days. But there wasn't as much in the box compared to if I'd have sent using my own box as I've done previously. I would recommend the service. Tracking was easy. Loved that the store printed all labels. But I'd like a bigger box for the cost please, as stated online. Thanks

Resorted to courier for sending items of no value to anyone else, but crucial to people I know in a country where a reliable postal service has disappeared during the pandemic. Staff at the courier point could not have been more helpful in talking me through exactly what I needed to do. The parcel arrived, at a provincial address the other side of the world, just 3 days after I'd dropped it off in a British high street on a Friday morning. And: it was much less expensive than I'd anticipated. Great service!

I had left a note on my front door asking the driver to place my parcel in a bin that I had put at the side of my home. The driver did this but then also took the note off the front door thereby insuring the security not only of my parcel but also of my Home as I was not at Home and this notice was advertising that fact.
Very impressed with this attention to detail .
