Thank you for your recent comments regarding the DHL service.
We are very sorry to hear that your parcel arrived at its destination damaged and can only apologise on behalf of DHL. When we receive any feedback regarding damaged parcels, we do take this matter extremely seriously and have since spoken with the pick up and delivery depots to try and ascertain where the damage was incurred.
We strive to make sure all customer parcels are delivered in exactly the same condition as sent, our efforts have been recognised with damage claims for 2009 being 0.002%.
