He always has a smile, no matter how hideous his day has been, and goes out of his way to ensure he meets our timings. He is an exemplary member of the DHL team who should be recognised as such.

The driver did not use the doorbell and after tapping on the door so lightly I could not hear him, he then stuck a card through my door but did not tell me what he has done with my parcel.

I sent a parcel using Express Delivery from Southampton, UK to Kampala, Uganda.
I was nervous - and I must add I chose a well known destination to send my parcel too (and got a friend to sign for it) to make sure it didn't get lost.
Everything rang smoothly. I could track it the whole time. It arrived all in one piece, on time. Perfect - what more could you ask for?
I would definitely use DHL again.
The service at Safestore, Southampton was very friendly and helpful. I also rang DHL to check which service to use beforehand and I found the service very friendly and helpful.

To say that your service is VERY BAD is an understatement. After waiting all day and verifying that my package would be delivered, I found out after 6 pm that the driver couldn't make the delivery. Needless to say I was VERY UPSET! the contents of that package was for a presentation the next day!! I asked if they could deliver it the next morning, but the representative couldn't guarantee that. I asked for a supervisor who reiterated the same thing, but without apathy. Now that I know how poor your service is and that nothing is guaranteed with you, I will never use DHL again. And I am spreading the word on every social media website out there.
