How can you have multiple ways of tracking International Parcels to the UK that show different information- with the same goods in different locations? One version says its went via Birmingham and is out for delivery from Cambridge. Another tracking systems say they went to Dunstable and Norwich and now out for delivery - does this mean we get them twice? Helpful people but what a mess - wasted hours of our lives trying to find our boxes that we had arranged (or so we thought) to collect from a depot. What a shambles...... This would not let me post the review with out giving at least one Star!!!!!!! One star too many for the system!

I was dealing with you for my neighbour E.Tavakoli and I was very please with Karen the driver who was very very helpful. The staff that Mr Tavakoli dealt with did not give him all the information that they should have done, But Karen sorted everything out for us, and I cannot thank her enough.

I needed to get my parcel returned to Pebble as I no longer required it. Pebble said they couldn't do anything, so I went to DHL customer service. The second I could supply my tracking number, it got sent to the service centre and the parcel has been marked on the tracking as returned to shipper; saving me the hassle of having to return it or refuse it on delivery, and speeding up the process. The customer support was polite, and they did what they said they'd do in a very timely manner. Special thanks to George Brookes who was the person who dealt with my request. Anthony

I really needed one envelope in Philippines on Friday (I sent it on Wednesday), was a very important document so I contacted DHL phone support to check if that was possible. I went to DHL north wales, and your team over there is brilliant, very kind, and very professionals. My envelope arrived as scheduled for half the price of Post Office (and they only gave me 66% chance to get the envelope there). Thanks for your team effort, specially at north wales drop off
