My experience with dhl was on a very bad start, as I had been receiving mix information about where my package was and when it would arrive to my home, I was extremely angry to find out that I had been misinformed and that I would receive my package at a later date then what I was advised but I have to say, Pav the manager, was absolutely exceptional, completely went out of his way to ensure that I received my package today, his customer service was perfect I couldn't fault anything, I have never in all my years received such great customer service, Pav, was so great today and through his work we had results, can't thank pav enough, he's an asset to this company. Deepa was also wonderful aswell, went out of her way to find ways of helping me, she too has great Customer service, thank you all.

My order came in from Germany to Heathrow and I urgently needed it before 9am. I received an email from my local depot at 6:20am so made my way there. Despite the fact they didn't open properly for collections until 8am, I was welcomed and the service I received really was great. Great staff at the Hemel Hempstead depot.

I booked for five parcels to be collected from our home in the UK and to be delivered to our place in Spain.
It was collected on the 16 September and I was given an estimated delivery date of the 21 September. I tracked it all the way and on the morning of the 21 I received a text giving an hour slot between which it would be delivered. It arrived on time as estimated, all intact.
I cannot rate this service highly enough. Local services have struggled to find us in Spain but not DHL.
Will definitely use them again. Thank you DHL.

No words to describe what an easy experience following the heartache, aggravation and upset of using Ipostparcels.
Your staff on the telephone were more than helpful in dealing with my request. They were pleasant and helpful and tried to get me the best deal for my needs.
Your cheerful and helpful driver arrived within the correct time frame and knew exactly what to do. He also knew where my parcel was going and when it would get there. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
Im sure that my parcel will reach its destination safely and I would use you again. Thank you for an easy experience.
