DHL courier GRAHAM tried to deliver to my office which was unmanned at that time . I came back later to find A WHILE YOU WERE OUT NOTE . I rang swindon who gave me grahams number and arranged for him to return and make the delivery same day. Very important as products were required for saturday morning . Many thanks graham for going out of your way to redeliver.

My experience with dhl was on a very bad start, as I had been receiving mix information about where my package was and when it would arrive to my home, I was extremely angry to find out that I had been misinformed and that I would receive my package at a later date then what I was advised but I have to say, Pav the manager, was absolutely exceptional, completely went out of his way to ensure that I received my package today, his customer service was perfect I couldn't fault anything, I have never in all my years received such great customer service, Pav, was so great today and through his work we had results, can't thank pav enough, he's an asset to this company. Deepa was also wonderful aswell, went out of her way to find ways of helping me, she too has great Customer service, thank you all.
