Just wanted to say a big Thank You to Nathan who helped me resolve a difficult delivery situation this morning. He was able to help quickly , efficiently and had resolved the problem in no time.Nathan was very friendly and professional and I would definitely use DHL in the future based upon this level of service, and ease of accessing it.

Your service was way beyond my expectations. I left my docs at Yeovil WH Smith Dorset at 12 noon on Wednesday and they reached destination in Port Elizabeth South Africa at 11.30am Friday. Excellent. Problem solved promptly on phone by very polite and helpful young woman at DHL.

Courier knocked on my door.I am disabled and couldn't get to answer it so he left. I rang the DHL office and a really pleasant and efficient young woman rang the courier and established that the package was in fact for my neighbour so I then knew it was not for me which was a relief.Many thanks.
