I am writing this review further to my previous one about my parcel not being delivered despite me being in. Clearly upon making this review DHL were quick to contact the driver to get my parcel re-delivered later in the day instead of having to wait until tomorrow.
This demonstrates a company that is incredibly efficient in the way it works and listens to its customers. I would without a doubt recommend this company in future. No other delivery service is as quick to react to a complaint by dealing with it on the day.

Ordered a camera for christmas did not know it would be shipped by online company from Hong Kong, ordered it close to christmas, feared it would not arrive in time. Parcel left Hong Kong on 22/12 and I picked it up at DHL Inverness depot, Scotland at 11:03am on 24/12. Many thanks to all at DHL from Hong Kong to Inverness. Brilliant service. Kept up to date with parcel progress.

I ordered a parcel from the states and was estimated 5-10 working days for shipping to the UK. Parcel arrived in 3 working days!!!
Not only that but i was kept informed of each milestone on the way via email and text. Couldn't ask for anything more really. Brilliant customer service. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We have had two items delivered this week for our children's Christmas gifts. On both occasions our driver has came to the door to enquire if the children were about as the items had a picture on the side of the box and they didn't want to ruin the surprise.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this consideration and unfortunately it is not common place in my experience. Definitely a service other courier companies should be aspiring to! Thank you :-)

I know this DHL driver as he regularly delivers to my place of work so when I missed a delivery to my home address I left a note out and asked the driver to redeliver to my work address just down the road. I never expected it to happen if I'm honest but lucky for me it was Baron and he recognised my name and business address so he brought it to me - Such a lovely guy - An asset to DHL
