However, why are DHL Express using a contact telephone number charging prospective clients 7p a minute and one's provider charge on top of that. My 23 minute phone call arranging collection etc cost £47.42, plus the £74.38 postage fee, costing me £112.80. Other than that I could not fault my first time using DHL Express.

On 10th November I needed to send a parcel. Due to the content I needed the special parcel labels, which I had left at home. Mohammed Khan and Jack Bassi were amazing, they waited late whilst my parents nipped to my house to get the label barcode numbers, found them on the system and printed them off so that the parcel could travel.on time. These two men provided an exemplary service, they were professional, kind and patient and went beyond the call of duty. Thank you again to them both. Please can you ensure that this feedback is passed onto their Manager and the two young men. I will definitely use DHL again. Kind Regards

Provided instructions to leave in a safe place which has an electronic lock and is covered by CCTV for which I also provided the code. Driver ignored the instructions and left with a neighbor. By the time I got home from work, had gone to work for nightshift. I have now got to wait a few days until the weekend when we are both off work to get my package. This type of service will prevent me from using this company in the future.

My partner was sending me a parcel from Ghana to the UK. I was very suprised that we had been asked to pay a covid quarantine fee of 50Ghc on top of the delivery cost, and whilst we received a receipt for the delivery cost, we were refused a receipt for the quarantine cost. This left us thinking that we would need to have the parcel delivered elsewhere as we were not sure how long the item would need to be in quarantine for. The parcel was delivered today. Much to our surprise but glad that the parcel arrived so quickly. Based upon the information we had received we did not have the parcel delivered to where I was located and had it sent elsewhere thinking that it would be weeks before the item arrived. I would appreciate it if you could advise if this is standard practice for DHL staff in Ghana to charge additional fees for quarantine without providing a receipt? Aside from this the service was first class and to receive an item from abroad within two days is excellent.
