My parcel was delivered today by a young man who extremely polite and pleasant. When he asked us where we wanted the box left we told him to leave it on the step and we'd take it around the back later as it was garden furniture. He immediately offerd to take it and put it by our back gate for us. When he was done he wished us a good day which was nice. One of the most pleasant and courteous delivery guys we've had. Unfortunately didn't get his name but he's a credit to your company.

I booked a parcel collection, with the expectation of a courier by 5pm latest. No show. What a waste of time. i'm really disappointed, as I'd had a good experience making the booking.

I couldn't use the service as I'm a one-off client, however, the man who answered the phone was very helpful and provided the telephone number of a courier service that could.

I met Nick when he started delivering routine deliveries to our laboratories at 1 Venture Road, Southampton. I explained that the boxes frequently contained Covid samples that needed to be tested and that time was of the essence. Nick explained that he would try and get our delivery to us as early as possible each day and that he would only be delayed if he had a lot of deliveries that needed to be delivered by 12 noon on that day. Nick is frequently early and we are very grateful for his efforts.

I have had many parcels delivered by the same delivery man over the last year, many of them quite heavy. He always arrives within the given time and is very helpful, putting them just inside the conservatory door while I stand back. I would like to thank him for his cheerful service to my PE6 address

I have a parcel with a prepaid label that can only be picked up by DHL. I'm finding it impossible to find out how and when this can be picked up 😬

First time I've personally sent a package via DPD or any Courier for that matter having received hundreds of packages from online Sellers it seemed a litle daunting at first to be on the other end. I have encountered many Couriers through work receiving packages and the guy's are really helpful and this was a similar occasion. 100%

DHL made an error in delivering. That happens with courier services and I understand it isn't always easy. The lady (Grace) I spoke to on the 'phone made very effort possible to fix the problem and was professional, persoanble and polite all the way through. the driver found me the next day to appologise and the make sure he knew where to find me for the next time. The dedication to getting things right shines through. Excellent company attitude and outstanding people. In summary - so much better than most delivery services. DHL are showing how it should be done.

Brilliant service by friendly driver. Missed my delivery due to personal emergency and driver called back later same day to drop off 2 parcels.
