Tried to pay on line, customs tax. Web page warns me not to go there, not safe and DHL want me to pay on line with a credit card. No way. Payments on line, could not understand foreign broken English and the phone line was quiet. The adviser was dithering about kept asking me to repeat. I decided NOT to hand over my credit card number.

Worst delivery service I have ever used and the customer service is so unhelpful. Taking over the double of the time they should have delivered a parcel

I just wanted to give the Brazilian DHL delivery guy an amazing review. He delivers to our serviced office on a daily basis and really makes our day better. He always has a massive smile on his face and is always so polite and cheery. Today he even brought something upstairs from the concierge area for me which he didn't have to. I'm also impressed with how even though his english isn't perfect he always speaks clearly and pronounces my second name correctly which even some English people cannot. I truly feel is a credit to your company and should have some recognition as he really is a ray of sunshine every time he delivers anything to our office! He has told me his name before but I cannot remember how to spell it. He usually delivers for 48 Dover Street in Mayfair London I hope you can track him down with this information because i really want him to know how great and valued he is. I will be asking him when i next see him if he has any recognition with yourselfs as he really is great! Kind Regards Alice

I had the upmost service from a kind delivery driver named Paul. Courier Route ID: DY2B. He was very friendly and went out of his way to assist with the issues I had with my VAT payments. His patience and kindness in this circumstance went a long way and I was very impressed with this service. I would be happy to use the services of DHL again with the great impression Paul left on me. I understand that we cannot judge a company just because of an unfortunate chain of incompetencies involving a handful of people but I was unlucky enough to be caught in a saga of the sort. 1. First I received a text message telling my that there was an attempted delivery but I wasn't at home. No phone call, note left by the driver or attempt to deliver. I work from home so I am in all day. 2. I contact DHL and I am told the driver is going to attempt to redeliver on the same day. I am finally told he cannot do it so it is rescheduled for the next day. 3. The next day nobody shows up. No notifications from DHL. I contact customer services again and am told that they are sorry but they could not fulfill their promise of a delivery, why ? who knows. 4. I am told that 2 days later (on the following monday) my parcel will be delivered in high priority, guess what ? nobody turned up and I am told that I have to pick up my parcel from the depot. When I had clearly arranged a redelivery to my home address. 5. Tonight I am told "Please except my apologies, the courier has taken your shipment out for delivery today and has seen the original ODD. " why hasn't he seen the updated version of the ODD ? mystery again. 6. fingers crossed for tomorrow or I am going to have to hire a stork to go and pick up my parcel from their depot.
