I felt compelled to write a review concerning the DHL courier, Sanjay Sharma who drives route HR51. He is professional, courteous and goes above and beyond in terms of his customer service. Recently, I was returning some items back to the USA and hadn't packaged the parcels up correctly. Sanjay quickly and professionally sorted the parcels out with the correct paperwork placed on the outside of the boxes so as to limit any potential delays with US Customs. I very rarely write reviews but I have to say he is the best courier I've ever experienced.

Thank you so much for getting my delivery from Darwin to Cape Town South Africa on time. I was impressed with the tracking system showing me where the parcel was right through to the end. If I ever need anything to go to South Africa or elsewhere again, I will sure use DHL again.
