I ordered an item (Which was in France) on line in the afternoon and it arrived in chichester before 11am the next day. The tracking was excellent and detailed, and the delivery driver smart, polite and curteous, everything that you would want an organisation to be.

I've had a parcel sent from Austria. It departed the country yesterday and I've been tracking it all the way. This afternoon the latest update was that it's out for delivery.
Shockingly fast service!
Unfortunately received a message saying that the driver attempted to deliver - no one home. This happened 15 minutes ago.
I've been home all day and felt a little upset. I called the customer service team right away and explained the situation. The lovely lady called the courier and I was shocked again when she informed me that the driver is coming back to deliver my parcel. Just signed for my parcel!
This is above and beyond service and great customer support.
I really appreciate it, hence why leaving this review.
DHL you have been absolutely fantastic and I thank you for that.

I would like to express on behalf of research team at our University my greatest gratitude and admiration to customer service supervisor Yulia Zasimovich (DHL Express Belarus) for the professionalism and readiness to help.
Also many thanks to the DHL for high level of service, speed of delivery, affordability and information support from A to Z.
48 hours transportation of dangerous goods (24 hour delay solely because of customs clearance) from Belarus to the United Kingdom.

Needing to get legal documents safely and as fast as possible from UK to Thailand, I dropped them into W H Smith's on a Tuesday morning, they were collected later that day and delivered to my daughter's workplace late on Thursday! The return was just as good: 2 days flat despite a "mechanical failure" which delayed departure from Mumbai. Not so delayed that I'd notice! Collected in Bangkok on Tuesday morning and delivered to my door on Thursday at 08.30. Brilliant service and I would certainly use them again.

The driver that picked up our package on Monday went above and beyond. Unfortunately I didn't think to get his name, but our booking ref was D140376. When he came to collect, we didn't have our package ready as we were waiting for it to arrive from the printers. He was polite and helpful and kindly said he would come back. He gave us plenty of time and came back again but we still didn't have it! He said he might be able to come back if he had time. We finally did get the package from the printers about 20 minutes later, and I was wondering how on earth we would get it to India on time. Then to my relief (and surprise) he did came back again and waited patiently while I put the last bits of tape on the box. The package has arrived to India this morning in plenty of time thanks to him!

I needed an alternative to Parcelforce Global Express/Priority which was painfully slow and very expensive. So I tried DHL, which is tracked and signed, and could not believe the difference in service. Sent Thursday afternoon from Gravesend in Kent and it has already arrived in Queensland, Australia, on the Monday morning. That's just 2 working days, as opposed to more than a week previously, and almost 50% cheaper. I'm seriously impressed.

On our initial visit your employee knew what he was talking about, explained procedure in detail.
When we returned with our parcel the lady packed the parcel , helped with the paperwork in a very pleasant manner. The parcel handed in before noon on a Monday was in South Afria before 7.30 am on Tuesday cleared customs and delivered AM on Thursday.
First class service.
