How do I know if I am a DHL Express or DHL eCommerce customer? All DHL Express shipments use a 10-digit tracking number. If your tracking number is not 10 digits, track your shipment on the DHL eCommerce website.

Three different ID numbers for the same order, and a trail which went cold three days before they informed the sender that it was at a "parcel collection shop", which it wasn't. Attempts to contact by phone unsuccessful due, predictably, to "high call volumes". Not sure exactly what DHL do, but I don't think parcel delivery comes into it. On the other hand, if you really want to wind someone up.......

Paid £18 duty charge and still my parcel is on hold and has been for over two weeks.

Needed to get a parcel from UK to France urgently, after speaking to DHL on the telephone I was directed to Rymans in Bromley High Street to process my parcel.
From start to finish I experienced an extremely helpful and prompt service.
The parcel was received within 21 hours, excellent service.

I AM GETTING SHIPMENTS FROM A COMPANY IN ENGLAND THAT SUPPLIES PARTS FOR VINTAGE AUTOS. THERE IS NO DUTY FOR THESE PARTS COMING INTO CANADA HOWEVER DHL KEEPS TRYING TO CHARGE ME DUTY. THIS IS EITHER INTENTIONAL OR FAULTY BILLING. i AM TIRED OF HAVING TO SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS GETTING THIS FIXED.

I ship quite a bit with DHL as a private individual when things go well it is a marvellous service but when things don’t go well it is horrendous trying to get it sorted people are polite on the phone but it is the time and phone calls it takes to get a simple thing done.

Tried to pay on line, customs tax. Web page warns me not to go there, not safe and DHL want me to pay on line with a credit card. No way. Payments on line, could not understand foreign broken English and the phone line was quiet. The adviser was dithering about kept asking me to repeat. I decided NOT to hand over my credit card number.
