DHL kept me informed about my delivery,and came on the day they said it would . Also like to say about the young guy who delivered it very pleasant and polite

Driver was an hour late picking up the parcel , between 8am and 11am he arrived at 12 pm asked me for the labels , but I was told he would have them , went back to his van produced 2 labels , sed he wud be back at 4pm as he cud not wait 5 mins for me to fill in the labels . Rubbish service .

Not get my stuff but I waiting all day in home and this sey what I not in home really not good delivery work not correct

I've sent my suitcase twice in a month now and the same delivery guy picked up my suitcase. He works in Clapham South area and I think he is a great value to the company. He is always smiling and happy. Also very friendly and asking if he can help and wishing me a good day. He looks like he is genuine. Usually I do not notice delivery people, as they do not look like they are enjoying it. But my compliments to this guy, he made my day again! Keep up the good work.

Delivered to neighbour, no card through door. Driver ignored sign on front door asking to use side door. Only got delivery confirmation after contacting DHL customer services. Outside box was damaged and open, goods inside were disassembled although undamaged. Guess driver was in a hurry and did'nt want me to check items, so he never knocked on the door. Apparently this happens regularly........ avoid using this company.

very inflexible, contacted for earlier delivery and refuse, despite stating morning delivery (delivery driver James), needed the package for a holiday, very disappointed.

My experience with DHL has been awful. Day 1: Despite staying in all day to receive the package it was not delivered and supposedly dropped off with a neighbour. No confirmation card through the door and at an address that isn't recognisable Day 2: Called to re-arrange pick-up and asked for them to call me before delivery. No call - I had arranged for my actual neighbours to be about to collect for me. Delivered to an address which is a significant distance from my property (why would you not try to deliver to my actual neighbour god only knows). Now I'm chasing around to try and get hold of the package. Can't fault the customer service on the phone but the actual courier service leaves a lot to be desired. Would avoid again at all costs!

This is a brilliant company had a parcel to go to Romania phoned them up everyone I spoke to were friendly and helpful paid over the phone they picked parcel up and it was delivered to Romania the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone well done DHL
