I AM GETTING SHIPMENTS FROM A COMPANY IN ENGLAND THAT SUPPLIES PARTS FOR VINTAGE AUTOS. THERE IS NO DUTY FOR THESE PARTS COMING INTO CANADA HOWEVER DHL KEEPS TRYING TO CHARGE ME DUTY. THIS IS EITHER INTENTIONAL OR FAULTY BILLING. i AM TIRED OF HAVING TO SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS GETTING THIS FIXED. i HAVE BEEN PROMISED THAT THIS WOULD BE FIXED AND THE COMPANY HAS LIED EVERYTIME

I ship quite a bit with DHL as a private individual when things go well it is a marvellous service but when things don’t go well it is horrendous trying to get it sorted people are polite on the phone but it is the time and phone calls it takes to get a simple thing done. My books, which I urgently need got stuck at the custom!!! I was sent an email about how I need to fill in tons of paper work, and pay lots of additional custom taxes, or I will get a fine!!!! I'm shaking with anger, and I cannot believe the horrible situation they got me into.

I paid for priority shipment because this is supposed be used for a Wedding. This delay equates normal delivery. I will not be using DHL again and not recommending for anyone who needs urgent service. Not reliable

Tried to pay on line, customs tax. Web page warns me not to go there, not safe and DHL want me to pay on line with a credit card. No way. Payments on line, could not understand foreign broken English and the phone line was quiet. The adviser was dithering about kept asking me to repeat. I decided NOT to hand over my credit card number.

Can't praise your delivery driver Mike Young (route TR3C on 16/8/18) enough! He has excellent customer service skills and nothing was too much trouble for him. Very pleased with the courteous service Mike provided.

I just wanted to give the Brazilian DHL delivery guy an amazing review. He delivers to our serviced office on a daily basis and really makes our day better. He always has a massive smile on his face and is always so polite and cheery. Today he even brought something upstairs from the concierge area for me which he didn't have to. I'm also impressed with how even though his english isn't perfect he always speaks clearly and pronounces my second name correctly which even some English people cannot. I truly feel is a credit to your company and should have some recognition as he really is a ray of sunshine every time he delivers anything to our office! He has told me his name before but I cannot remember how to spell it. He usually delivers for 48 Dover Street in Mayfair London I hope you can track him down with this information because i really want him to know how great and valued he is. I will be asking him when i next see him if he has any recognition with yourselfs as he really is great! Kind Regards Alice
