Absolutely disgusted to see the driver stand at his side door and launch parcels to the back of the van. Then came across mine, didn’t even attempt to see if we were in, I was just about to open the door when he opened my porch and yes guess what ?? Just threw it in !! Thankfully it wasn’t a breakable item but he doesn’t know that when he’s throwing them about. Shocking behaviour !!

I only used this over priced Company because i assumed my items would get to the overseas address with no issues or drama...how wrong was I. Item arrived damaged, late and my Friend had to go and collect the parcel because DHL could not find the address. This was the first time I had used DHL. And would most definately be the last. The way this has been dealt with has made me have a bitter taste in my mouth. I even took out the insurance cover, which seems to mean nothing. I have had to go through email after email sending proof after proof when my receipt should be enough. Make sure you read the small print. A very devious Company. I will never use them again. I will stick with the Post Office. Never had issues or Drama with them.

Sent a parcel for next day delivery, parcel delayed for 23 hours, which disables the tracking service. No one at any time after that could tell me when and if my parcel would be delivered. Arrived a day late, so 2 days spent waiting in for a parcel with no idea if or when it would arrive. When asking to only pay for the 2 day vague service get the delightful response T and C's state DHL do not guarantee a delivery in any timescale... Nice. Avoid

The collection fellow didn't accept my product since i didn't have a paper hardcopy. My printer is broken, I showed him my e copy. He refused to pick up and left my parcel.Really disappointed. Won't recommend it to anyone

Three parcels (2 x suitcases and 1 x box) to be collected from private address and delivered to Manchester. The personInd who opened the door to the driver was unaware (!!) of collection and tried to send driver (Jason) away. Fortunately he insisted there was a collection and I arrived. He could not have been more helpful - waited whilst individual in Manchester sent labels etc, I printed them out etc. Jason is a first class advert for the company. Would I use the service again - You Bet I would and highly recommend to anyone else. Thank You Team DHL. He was also full of praise for DHL as an employer - great to hear.

Expected an urgent parcel yesterday, was emailed a delivery time but then received another email to say the driver was running late. The parcel never arrived and your on-line tracking service then told me that the driver couldn't find our house! What rubbish - it's well signed, on a main road and known to all our neighbours at our post code BS37 6QP- in the 15 years we've lived here we have NEVER had a problem with deliveries. I can only suspect incompetence from your driver or it's a case of 'late Friday afternoon and I can't be bothered' attitude! As of now (Saturday 15 Sept 12.36) your website is still showing Friday's information and no-one is responding to my emails concerning an update on when I might finally receive my parcel. I've tried telephoning but the system is just an automated version of your on-line tracker - can I not speak to a human? This is a terrible service and please respond ASAP
