This is the height of fraud and evil from dhl. I will never use your service and I will spread words around about your fraud.

I was away at the end of last week and arrived home to find two missed delivery notices. So, on Saturday morning I thought it would be easy to pick up my parcel on my way into Birmingham. Using the post code on the 'While you were out' card, my sat nav took me to - a dead end in a business park in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield. I was in a hurry so did not linger. This morning (Monday) I tried again, and put the whole address into the sat nav - which took me to a DHL/Jaguar Land Rover warehouse. An employee helpfully pointed me in the right direction to another part of the same trading estate. DHL is meant to be a rapid courier service, so why on earth can you not get the right address on your delivery cards? Presumably you do not want people to collect items.

Waited in all day for my parcel then get a message that they failed to deliver as recipient wasn't home! I was literally at the door when the driver sent the message. Also there was no note at my door for the failed delivery which shows the driver lied. Spoke to a customer service rep who told me that he was at the address but 'ran out of notes' (how many people didn't get their parcels??) and that he would come back later in the day to redeliver. This never happened and of course by 6pm there lines are closed. What an absolute joke of a company.

I loved DHL and the service that DHL provided until now where I am very unhappy of the customer service of the collection agent. in the past I never have an issue with the paperwork/documents being not sticking on the parcel, but this time the courier said I need to stick in on in order to ship. I ask the courier does different courier have different policies and I have shipped numerous shipment before and never stuck the paper work on the parcel to enable the courier to check the document, but this time I am very, very unhappy, which may lead for me having second thoughts on using DHL again.

Stayed in, tracking delivery on my PC, with phone in front of me. Suddenly got txt msg saying someone (delivery driver????) had phoned but was unable to obtain answer from me. Liar! I sent msg back for more information, waited a few minutes with no response, then phoned 0844 248 0844. The operative told me the driver did not deliver because he lacked the first line of my address!!!! I told him I did not expect tricks and BS like that from drivers in a company of DHL's reputation (??). He said he was trying to get in touch with the driver, in case he was in my area, but the phone was now on block. Do I have to stay in all day? There is a concierge service anyway for parcels in this London development. The driver should know that! Still waiting....

DHL failed to deliver our parcel but sent us a nice photo of a house which unfortunately was a photo of a house just around the corner from us. When we rang and pointed this out they refused to deliver our parcel that day even though their depot was only two miles away.They delivered the next day no apology. We suggested to the large sending company that they find a different distrbutor!

No card was left so I was unaware that there had been a failed delivery. The company emailed to ask opinion on the goods which should have been received. I told them I wasn't in receipt of them and they gave me dispatch details, after following up it was stated that the parcel was at the DHL service drop off point which in this instance was WH Smith in Weymouth. Luckily before I went to collect as there is no place to park near the store and the car park fees are 70p for 30mins I just wanted to ensure it wouldn't be a wasted journey. I rang the store and was told that they had had no notification that they were now a DHL service point until a delivery driver turned up and left parcels for collection!!!! So it was all new to them but they couldn't see any trace of my parcel so they forwarded me a DHL phone number. I rang and got transferred to another department who notified me that the parcel was being handled by AN POST and gave me a phone number for them which I rand to find it wasn't recognised. To be fair I checked the website and the phone number was the same. So I then contacted the company that the goods were from and they have marked it down as being lost and have offered a refund or a resending of goods, I have chosen the latter and have hopes of receiving them soon as they were dispatched today!

Should be ZERO star rating for NO business - over more than 8 and a half hours and after speaking peronally to 5 DHL staff in phone calls in Australia and UK plus emails - no one at DHL has given me a quote though I was told by UK staff that they respond to inquires within 4 hours.

Helpful and friendly staff in the Belgrove Street office in London gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on what sized box to send back to Australia. The same afternoon we processed that parcel and made the late afternoon pick-up. To our great surprise we received word from Australia that the box had arrived only two days later, even though there was no particular hurry for it to be there (excess clothing from our trip). Great work DHL. Excellent service from staff in the front office and the logisitics to get a parcel delivered in absolutely minimum time. i'd happily recommend DHL and this office in particular to anyone wanting to shift parcels from one side of the world to the other.
