Provided instructions to leave in a safe place which has an electronic lock and is covered by CCTV for which I also provided the code. Driver ignored the instructions and left with a neighbor. By the time I got home from work, had gone to work for nightshift. I have now got to wait a few days until the weekend when we are both off work to get my package. This type of service will prevent me from using this company in the future.

Expected two parcels one for Dundee another for Hebden Bridge. Both delivered on time. The Hebden Bridge I had made mistake with postcode but driver sorted it out after a quick phone call to double check. Great service, and the driver is a real star, thank you.

Your driver Dale, who I know just to say hello to went out of his way to get an important covid test for me to my daughter as I was out of the country. Top marks Dale, give him a rise.

My partner was sending me a parcel from Ghana to the UK. I was very suprised that we had been asked to pay a covid quarantine fee of 50Ghc on top of the delivery cost, and whilst we received a receipt for the delivery cost, we were refused a receipt for the quarantine cost. This left us thinking that we would need to have the parcel delivered elsewhere as we were not sure how long the item would need to be in quarantine for. The parcel was delivered today. Much to our surprise but glad that the parcel arrived so quickly. Based upon the information we had received we did not have the parcel delivered to where I was located and had it sent elsewhere thinking that it would be weeks before the item arrived. I would appreciate it if you could advise if this is standard practice for DHL staff in Ghana to charge additional fees for quarantine without providing a receipt? Aside from this the service was first class and to receive an item from abroad within two days is excellent.

I am really disappointed of your unprofessional service. I posted the parcel on 03.08.21, and I was told that the parcel will be collected on 04.08.21, but unfortunately it has not yet been received. Although it has been 6 days since the process of delivery and I’m not happy at all about your service.

So glad the box got there in 2 days very happy with speedy service however the box size and weight allowance, at time of selection online, stated a bigger box with 7kg Weight allowance. Upon going to the selected store to fill my box, the box was smaller with a 5kg weight allowance than what had been stipulated, for the same price, online. The person at the shop said that this is the case, that online dies say a bigger box, however the box size in store was correct, saying the weight does not matter. So I could not send as much, all of the items, that I wanted to send. I was happy it got there in 2 days. But there wasn't as much in the box compared to if I'd have sent using my own box as I've done previously. I would recommend the service. Tracking was easy. Loved that the store printed all labels. But I'd like a bigger box for the cost please, as stated online. Thanks

Resorted to courier for sending items of no value to anyone else, but crucial to people I know in a country where a reliable postal service has disappeared during the pandemic. Staff at the courier point could not have been more helpful in talking me through exactly what I needed to do. The parcel arrived, at a provincial address the other side of the world, just 3 days after I'd dropped it off in a British high street on a Friday morning. And: it was much less expensive than I'd anticipated. Great service!
