I was scheduled for a delivery but unfortunately my plans changed and I was not at home. When I called the courier back he was helpful and did all he could to make sure I got the parcel same day. I’ve used DHL several times in the past and they never failed. Thank you for great service. Keep up :)

Hi, on Thursday at around 10 30 am I had a parcel collected from Gwel An Mor holiday resort by one of you're drives named Kev.
The parcel was a return to euro car parts.
Euro car parts didn't issue a return label to me so I tried to contact DHL to cancel the collection but in that time Kev turned up.
He talked me through my best option and done a written postage label.
I just want to say his help in resolving the issue was absolutely brilliant and a credit to DHL. My thanks to him.

I had ordered a dress for a wedding with Rat and Boa for next day delivery. I ordered it to the wedding venue I was staying at in Scotland but I received an email from DHL stating it wouldn’t arrive next day but 3 days later. So I rang DHL and the woman was clear that with scotland the delivery would definitely not be next day delivery. So I panicked as the wedding was the Saturday and the dress wasn’t going to be delivered until the Monday. I then received an email the Friday morning saying rat and boa have forwarded your parcel to a partner to be delivered. I got to the cottage where we were staying in Scotland Friday evening to find the parcel was next door!! I was so happy and relieved I raced over to find the neighbour who had my parcel actually worked for the Royal Mail and had delivered my parcel!!! I am so so grateful to DHL for getting my dress to me in time for the wedding! Thank you so much :)
