My first time collecting a parcel from an inpost. The best experience ever. We should have more of these. I work 5 days a week and its just convenient that I can pick up my parcel at anytime and I know once its in the inpost it’s secure until I punch in my code that only I know. Really really Impressed!!!!

I would like to take the time to let you know that your driver Dan Virlan is an absolute credit to your company. He has collected parcels from me most of this year, he’s always so helpful, polite and really makes using your company to send my businesses packages a pleasure. Many people take the time to complain but I really think you should be aware of what a brilliant employee you have.

I'd just like to say a massive thank you to DHL. I ordered some screen wash from Euro Car Parts and DHL kept me updated the entire time with texts. It was really easy to change address, and the address I'd changed it to can be quite a challenge as the drive way is quite tight, with electric gates. The effort it must have taken the driver to reverse down the drive way, press the buzzer and reverse up to the house is commendable, thank you very much. 10/10 would use again, thank you.

I was going to send my documents to Brazil and saw the price online. When entering my details online, I was asked by the site to phone 08442480828 to see if restrictions apply.
It cost me a further £3.53 as this is number is a more expensive, not included in my minutes, number.

I needed to get an item to South Africa. It was picked up within 2 hours of placing the order. It arrived in South Africa 42 hours later! A whole 24 hours before the estimated delivery time. The recipient even got a call asking them if they were available to take delivery. You can't get much better that. Thank you.

Driver delivering a DHL package noticed that a driver from another courier company left my parcel in my empty bin which was filling with rain, so not only did the DHL driver take my package next door (as per my delivery instructions to both courier companies!) but he also took the other package so it would stop getting damaged. Above and beyond. I can’t see a consignment number on my package but if you could contact me I’d happily give details of delivery so you can pass on the praise.

My package was collected and delivered on the days specified. However, I am not impressed by the tracking process. I signed up to receive alerts when the package was collected and delivered and was not sent a text or an email, despite having an acknowledgement email from you that I had signed up for this. I attempted to track my package via the waybill number (above as "tracking number", being the only 10 digit number on the label) but no matter how many times I filled this in, your automated service said it could not extract any information, despite having followed the requested format exactly (i.e. 370 8901 840).
This caused me considerable anxiety as it was an important package.
Your service is very expensive compared to your competitors. I chose you because you are a well established company but the price and tracking issues have put me off using you again.
