How do I know if I am a DHL Express or DHL eCommerce customer? All DHL Express shipments use a 10-digit tracking number. If your tracking number is not 10 digits, track your shipment on the DHL eCommerce website.

Initially the parcel was delivered but my mum who is disabled did not hear them so they said they would deliver again on New Years Eve. Waited until 1.oopm and telephoned them to find it had not been put on the van but we could collect at Manchester Airport. Went down there and waited two hours as they had thousands of parcels but they could not find it. Something really special for my granddaughter for New Years Eve from America. They had lots of their staff looking for it but we needed to go at 4 but I told them my granddaughter worked close to the airport. One of their employees rang her works as she passed on her way home and they actually delivered it personally to her. Well done to all the staff in finding the parcel and also to the person who delivered it she was one really happy person.

My daughter uses your courier and I am to wait in and receive them. We have both experienced excellent customer service from your drivers, but one in particular is so cheerful funny and polite, helpful as I am disabled. His dedication to deliver goods expected, went beyond duty when he arrived very late with a heavy parcel, explaining he had a technical delay. DHL are always great for my deliveries (I receive about 3-4 a week) but today was especially good as Sam (delivery man) called me when he didn't get a response at my door. I had missed my bus and was hurrying along home, I was a couple of roads away and he drove over to me to drop it off. Fantastic service and really appreciated as it was an urgent delivery that I couldn't afford to miss today. Thanks Sam!
