Ali has been delivering our shops orders for a few months with DHL. I have to say as one of the store managers I am Highly satisfied with the 5* service Ali has provided, He is always on time, and very polite and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend DHL and they need to hire more delivery drivers like Ali Aytac,.

I have just been asked to take in a parcel for a neighbour. The gentleman rang my bell and very politely asked if I would so kind as to take in a parcel and apologised for inconveniencing me. Her had such a nice way, very appreciative and very personable. I complimented him on his manner which he also appreciated. How nice it is to encounter people who provide a service and respectfully treat you as a valued customer, even though I wasn’t the customer. Working from home I am often asked to take in parcels for neighbours and the couriers are not always this considerate. He is a credit to your company, value him and foster more of the same within your organisation please.
