Driver went out of his way to be helpful several times. He came back to pick up marked exam papers after the documents had been sent to the wrong email address by admin. Not once, but twice on the same afternoon. Well done Rohan PR8E.

Received an email in the morning advising of a delivery 13.46 - 14.45 however the delivery driver turned up at 12.45. No communication despite saying oh I wasn't expecting you for another hour. Even though I'm on crutches the large box was just passed to me and he walked off.

Delivery drivers often get a bad press. But I wanted everyone to know how fantastic a delivery driver Francisco (based at Newport DHL) is. I live in an awkward place to find, but he went out of his way to make sure that the delivery happened. He came back from quite a distance, without any hesitation, having failed to find it the first time - always keeping me informed as to where he was. Then, as it was heavy, he did all the handling. I can't fault him. Thank you so much, Francisco - you are a credit to DHL. Julie P

Courtney in Belfast office is a very helpful, pleasant, courteous young girl. She went out of her way to organise delivery of a very important document to go to Norway within 24hours. My sister + I cannot thank her + the team at DHL enough for their help.

Initially the parcel was delivered but my mum who is disabled did not hear them so they said they would deliver again on New Years Eve. Waited until 1.oopm and telephoned them to find it had not been put on the van but we could collect at Manchester Airport. Went down there and waited two hours as they had thousands of parcels but they could not find it. Something really special for my granddaughter for New Years Eve from America. They had lots of their staff looking for it but we needed to go at 4 but I told them my granddaughter worked close to the airport. One of their employees rang her works as she passed on her way home and they actually delivered it personally to her. Well done to all the staff in finding the parcel and also to the person who delivered it she was one really happy person.

After receiving the first email and text message informing me of delivery time I was able to track parcel easily. The parcel was delivered within the time span given to me, in great condition and by a courteous delivery driver... what more can you ask for..Thank you DHL for making sure my last minute present was delivered on time,in great condition and by a very pleasant delivery driver. 5 stars all day long

Nick rang me to say my parcel was being sent to my work address he met me there I really couldn’t thank him enough. It’s xmas eve too merry xmas Nick. Outstanding customer service!!
