Our friends live on a boat in France - they had an engine malfunction, resulting in no power or electricity - to make matters worse none of the supply companies in France would deal with an ‘individual sale’. Our friend sourced the necessary part here in the West Midlands- we collected it and then DHL took over so’s to speak!
The parcel was collected from our home and was successfully delivered to our friends in France a little over 24hours later!
You simply can’t ask for better- the cost for all this? £40....we have happy friends who are now have a working engine and electricity again.
“Thank you” seems very inadequate......

I love to choose DHL as my first delivery option, however, I am down disappointed by the random delivery time. It is a bit irritating that I came back for picking up the parcel, and the carrier has just driven the van away from my house. I supposed the delivery services should provide an estimated time for customers to know when the parcel will be delivered. I do hope this could be improved in the future as I am hoping DHL could do better and better. Thank you.

I want to thank Michelle at the London office/deport. She diligently worked on my case to resolve two missing/undelivered posts. Her communicate and manner was very pleasant. Meanwhile she kept me abreast with the status of the undelivered packages. She located then rearranged delivery for one of them, however the other remains missing because the driver delivered to the wrong address.
In summary, her customer service was absolutely outstanding and would like to thank her for all her efforts and work on this.

On 12/4/19 I, an American citizen, had to arrange for shipping my mobile phone (which was lost on a bus and also found by the bus driver from the central bus station in Galway, Ireland). Your DHL person who helped me at your near Liverpool Airport office, Kieran, was the most helpful person my wife and I had ever met. Through his incredible effort working with your International and Ireland offices he was miraculously able to arrange for a DHL courier pick up of my (very expensive) mobile phone at the Galway, Ireland central bus station and assured that it would be ultimately delivered safely to our home in America (Danville, CA). Kieran brought in his colleague Bryan to bolster and greatly assist in his efforts to help us as well.
My family and I are so very, very grateful for the help of these two wonderful human beings, their professionalism, compassion, and dignity are exemplary, and words don't adequately convey our gratitude.

Your driver attempted to deliver my parcel to the wrong house on the wrong road! Luckily Tom in your customer service team has been able to help me get it redelivered tomorrow on a pre 12 delivery.
This parcel is very important for me, so as long as the driver finds the right place tomorrow all should be fine.
