I have just been asked to take in a parcel for a neighbour. The gentleman rang my bell and very politely asked if I would so kind as to take in a parcel and apologised for inconveniencing me. Her had such a nice way, very appreciative and very personable. I complimented him on his manner which he also appreciated. How nice it is to encounter people who provide a service and respectfully treat you as a valued customer, even though I wasn’t the customer. Working from home I am often asked to take in parcels for neighbours and the couriers are not always this considerate. He is a credit to your company, value him and foster more of the same within your organisation please. Regards Peter

I have just been asked to take in a parcel for a neighbour. The gentleman rang my bell and very politely asked if I would so kind as to take in a parcel and apologised for inconveniencing me. Her had such a nice way, very appreciative and very personable. I complimented him on his manner which he also appreciated. I ordered a parcel to be delivered for an incorrect time to a business which closed at 6. The parcel was due to be delivered between 6-10 which was an error on my part, I received a call at about 5:15 from Mark asking what time the business closed as he realised it was a business, he had a few more jobs to do before and of course being my error didn’t expect him to get there before we closed. Another business in the park was open late so asked him to leave the parcel with Harrison’s which he agreed too. Not only did I feel the first call was excellent and considerate he also phoned to tell me he delivered the parcel to Harrison’s and it was all safe and secure. I’ve never had a delivery driver take so much care and consideration when delivering someone’s parcel. Mark was a lovely guy and really excelled in customer service- sittingbourne depot is where he is based; you’ve got a great team member - thank you so much!

The courier service is great, never had a problem. The website however when booking a collection can be frustrating - first you enter the collection address and details, that's all fine, but then once you've entered the delivery address details you find that the collection details have change to be the same as the delivery address... this has been happening for a few months now, yes it's easy to change the collection address back again but you shouldn't have to in the first place. I have mentioned this to DHL customer services over the phone a few months ago (when querying something else) but nothing has been done yet as it still happens every time.

I don't think I have ever experienced better customer service than I did today, from all those involved in tracking and swiftly returning a package to me. The customer service team I spoke to on the phone were friendly, professional, fast acting and most importantly reassuring, during a nightmare situation where I urgently needed to halt and return my shipment. Not forgetting a massive thank you to the courier who returned my shipment to my address within 10 minutes of contacting the team. Impressed! Will certainly use your company again in the future.
