I had been awaiting a very important urgent document from Canada while staying at a domestic address in England. However, a day ago, I had to leave to come into Sheffield (So. Yorkshire). Shortly after my departure the document arrived but as I was no longer at the given address, it was held by DHL, in possession of my current address, and scheduled for delivery today. However, as I had not heard from DHL (who had my mobile #) I phoned the local Express offices and was in contact with Nicola. As I was not in receipt of a tracking number- she went out of her way to find my envelope. She was able to find all this and the fact that there had been a delivery attempt in a span of 8-10 minutes when I had to step out. She then called to her intenal contacts and found that it would be re-delivered-- and even that the driver was still in the vicinity and would likely ring shortly. Indeed he did and I received the envelope. Nicola was utterly pleasant throughout, understanding my urgency and going the full distance and more to calm my anxiety. Indeed, while my mobile had swallowed up my credit during the call, she sought out my recorded number and promptly called me back to deliver the good news.

I hadn't ordered anything so wasn't expecting my doorbell to ring and a DHL van to be outside. However when I opened the door the gentleman just wanted to let me know that I had left my keys in the door. He didn't need to do that and Im sure he was very busy but he took the time to let me know. I am very very grateful and I hope he gets to read this. Thank you, Megan from Glenrothes

My parcel was attempted to be delivered on the 01/07 at 13:55, unfortunately I was not in. I had a card placed through my door and rearranged to collect the following day from DHL’s service centre in Laindon. Not to happy about having to travel to collect, but just one of those things.
Around 17:00 the courier driver off his own back as was re passing this address, tried to deliver the parcel again, this time l was home! I was so pleased as he has saved me time and money in fuel. Nick the courier driver should be recognised for going above and beyond his job role!

Delivery left with neighbour, there were two of us in the house but the driver did not ring the doorbell which rings in several places around the house. Neighbour said did not ring her bell either but just tapped lightly on the door. she happened to be nearby at the time. I have done deliveries and you need to ring the bell and knock hard.

I ordered a product from Wayfair which was coming from France.
It was shipped earlier than expected.
I was kept totally in the loop by DHL re. delivery dates and times etc.
I received a text this morning giving me the hour long time slot to expect delivery. I was delighted to see the DHL delivery man at my gate a full 4 hours early yayyy !!!
I would most definitely use and recommend your service in the future. Thank you very much guys x
