This was the first time that I used the DHL service, and I am really impressed. I hasten to add that it really takes a lot to impress me!!I sent docs to Bulgaria, from the uk at appx 13.30 on Monday 29th August and they were received at appx 12.30 the following day, quicker than first class in the uk!! I will definitely use this service again, and recommend it to others..

OTHERS FAILED DLH DELIVERED

Other carriers either wouldn’t take our sons bank card or returned it ....Not DHL! Their Service Point at Ryman’s in Macclesfield were brilliant, making the process easy, even their own package. From there online took us by the hand and leds down the path of righteousness Via Birmingham hub- East Midlands Airport facility-LHR-to Los Angeles and to the reception desk at the hotel All for 3/5ths of Parcelforce Well Done DHL Oh yes and the call centre team are good too (not free but good!)

Nectar points aint a big deal but for a business as big as dhl, you would expect the customers service to have a clue about what they offer.
