Wow! What brilliant service! Had just sent the shipping labels to the printer when the courier arrived at the door. The driver was really friendly and helpful (and there were a lot of packages to collect) Cannot fault the service. 10/10

DHL came to pick a returns order up which was supposed to be picked up by Hermes, anyway to cut a very long story short, Andy was amazing and very helpful i cant praise him enough for the customer service he gave. Andy is a credit to your company. THANK YOU

However, why are DHL Express using a contact telephone number charging prospective clients 7p a minute and one's provider charge on top of that. My 23 minute phone call arranging collection etc cost £47.42, plus the £74.38 postage fee, costing me £112.80. Other than that I could not fault my first time using DHL Express.

On 10th November I needed to send a parcel. Due to the content I needed the special parcel labels, which I had left at home. Mohammed Khan and Jack Bassi were amazing, they waited late whilst my parents nipped to my house to get the label barcode numbers, found them on the system and printed them off so that the parcel could travel.on time. These two men provided an exemplary service, they were professional, kind and patient and went beyond the call of duty. Thank you again to them both. Please can you ensure that this feedback is passed onto their Manager and the two young men. I will definitely use DHL again. Kind Regards

Provided instructions to leave in a safe place which has an electronic lock and is covered by CCTV for which I also provided the code. Driver ignored the instructions and left with a neighbor. By the time I got home from work, had gone to work for nightshift. I have now got to wait a few days until the weekend when we are both off work to get my package. This type of service will prevent me from using this company in the future.
