This has been the second or third time DHL have claimed to have come to our door and had no answer when we have been at home all the time and no-one had come to the door.

On the 13th September I was phoned by a very pleasant lady from DHL and agreed to be in today, the 14th. between 08:00 and 13:00 for collection of a package. No one had come by 13:00 and so I went to check my emails. I had been sent an email at 11:22 to say no-one answered when the DHL man came to our door (it said yesterday but that must have been a mistake but in any case we had been in and no-one had called)- I was not out, both my wife and myself were in, and I was close enough to the door to see that no-one had called. As I was bringing up the website to re-organize the collection the DHL man knocked on the door, for real this time, and collected the package. I believe this 'we called and no-one came to answer the door' is a blatant attempt by DHL to blame their inefficiency on their customers.

I have recently had quite a few deliveries from DHL and always have Dani delivering. DHL text me well in advance to let me know when I can expect delivery to be made, if I am not available, there is an option to provide alternate arrangements or to change the date to a more suitable time. My parcel is always delivered when advised and Dani is always well presented and friendly, no matter what the weather.

The system is unclear and not concise - Unfriendly to use and not very helpful advisor's. Request a parcel to be collected between a certain time period yet late - No communication as to why which is disgraceful - Surely there should be an email / something for this - No compensation offered just cant guarantee them being on time.

They tell loads of lies and they keep wanting people to ring up to see where they are and why they haven’t come even though they say they have. Then when you ring up they keep you on hold for mins so I can pay 7 pence per minute.

Delivery will be later than specified date from supplier and when re arranging a new delivery, I'm having to guess when I will receive the envelope between the hours of 7am to 7pm. What a joke. Other service ring you if there is a problem.

This is the height of fraud and evil from dhl. I will never use your service and I will spread words around about your fraud.

I was away at the end of last week and arrived home to find two missed delivery notices. So, on Saturday morning I thought it would be easy to pick up my parcel on my way into Birmingham. Using the post code on the 'While you were out' card, my sat nav took me to - a dead end in a business park in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield. I was in a hurry so did not linger. This morning (Monday) I tried again, and put the whole address into the sat nav - which took me to a DHL/Jaguar Land Rover warehouse. An employee helpfully pointed me in the right direction to another part of the same trading estate. DHL is meant to be a rapid courier service, so why on earth can you not get the right address on your delivery cards? Presumably you do not want people to collect items.
