I hadn't ordered anything so wasn't expecting my doorbell to ring and a DHL van to be outside. However when I opened the door the gentleman just wanted to let me know that I had left my keys in the door. He didn't need to do that and Im sure he was very busy but he took the time to let me know. I am very very grateful and I hope he gets to read this. Thank you, Megan from Glenrothes

My parcel was attempted to be delivered on the 01/07 at 13:55, unfortunately I was not in. I had a card placed through my door and rearranged to collect the following day from DHL’s service centre in Laindon. Not to happy about having to travel to collect, but just one of those things. Around 17:00 the courier driver off his own back as was re passing this address, tried to deliver the parcel again, this time l was home! I was so pleased as he has saved me time and money in fuel. Nick the courier driver should be recognised for going above and beyond his job role!

Delivery left with neighbour, there were two of us in the house but the driver did not ring the doorbell which rings in several places around the house. Neighbour said did not ring her bell either but just tapped lightly on the door. she happened to be nearby at the time. I have done deliveries and you need to ring the bell and knock hard.

I ordered a product from Wayfair which was coming from France. It was shipped earlier than expected. I was kept totally in the loop by DHL re. delivery dates and times etc. I received a text this morning giving me the hour long time slot to expect delivery. I was delighted to see the DHL delivery man at my gate a full 4 hours early yayyy !!! I would most definitely use and recommend your service in the future. Thank you very much guys x

We received notification of a parcel destined for us. It arrived in time delivered by the most 'friendly' courier named Owen who was polite and courteous and reassured me of his total commitment to deliver the item today.

Having missed delivery this morning I was led to believe by someone I spoke to this morning at the DHL depot that I would have to do a 70 mile round trip to pick up the parcel that I had paid next day delivery for. I rang back this afternoon and spoke with Bryony who was very helpful and arranged to collect the parcel later this evening. However to my delight 10 minutes later one of your delivery drivers called Danny knocked on the door and saved me what would have been a horrendous journey along the M60 on a Friday afternoon. I just want to say a big thankyou to both Danny and Bryony for their help.

The gentleman that attempted delivery twice with my parcel today went above and beyond to make sure I received this. I was not feeling well in the morning, thus I couldn’t open the door, a few hours later another attempt was made and I had received the parcel. The weather was bad and yet the courier made this effort and with a friendly personality. I wish for him to be recognised and receive something of value as a consequence of this. (It’s unfortunate I didn’t catch his name, hopefully from the waybill No, he can be traced and rewarded) Thank you and I will be using DHL for my future services.

DHL are the best courier service. My son and his family live in America and I often take parcels to Depot in Howden. Within 24 hours they are delivered. Such a great service and wouldn’t use anyone else. Staff at Howden depot are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
