Easy to use site, local drop off point was a big relief.
It would be useful to have the pricelist and delivery time/country in the world within the FAQ, not after you have recorded your parcel.

Only collect Monday-Friday

OTHERS FAILED DLH DELIVERED
Other carriers either wouldn’t take our sons bank card or returned it ....Not DHL! Their Service Point at Ryman’s in Macclesfield were brilliant, making the process easy, even their own ... Read more
Other carriers either wouldn’t take our sons bank card or returned it ....Not DHL! Their Service Point at Ryman’s in Macclesfield were brilliant, making the process easy, even their own package.
From there online took us by the hand and leds down the path of righteousness Via Birmingham hub- East Midlands Airport facility-LHR-to Los Angeles and to the reception desk at the hotel
All for 3/5ths of Parcelforce
Well Done DHL
Oh yes and the call centre team are good too (not free but good!)

good service but failed on offers
so they offered 1 nectar point for every £1 spent plus 10X bonus. filled in a claim form. waited and nothing. rang up and the customer service doesnt even know ... Read more

Nectar points aint a big deal but for a business as big as dhl, you would expect the customers service to have a clue about what they offer.
