I wasn't in when Kurt tried to deliver my parcel. To his absolute credit he rang me which unfortunately I missed. When I rang him back he went out of his way out of work hours to deliver my parcel to me. Absolutely outstanding service the guy deserves a pay rise.

Fabulous experience today.. we are not the easiest to find, but your driver managed to find us and left our urgent parcel in a safe place, leaving a humerous card message about leaving it next to the cat in the stables! Which was so true! Have laughed all night! Hang on to him he’s a fantastic asset and a competitive advantage beats hands down the other grumps we have had from other delivery companies! I was out at work and wouldn’t make my delivery in time, so izadeal phoned me to see if I would be their to get my package as it required a signature. After saying I would be late I asked if he could pass it on to neighbours which he tried to do but they weren’t in. So instead of waiting until the next day or when it would be re-delivered again he met me and delivered it to me without and fuss, because of this I am able to go out to my party because my outfit was delivered on time. Thank you so much!!! Would highly recommended Izadeal as a delivery driver! Couldn’t fault him in anyway!

I needed to send a small parcel from Leeds to my son who was caravanning in the French countryside. I dropped the parcel at 17:58 and it was delivered to my son at lunchtime the following day! In addition I was able to track the parcel at regular intervals throughout its journey.
I will certainly use DHL again and have no hestation in recommending their service to family and friends.
