Item delivered promptly, driver waited while I checked the contents, which was an LCD PC Monitor, made sure there was no damage etc, he didn't have to do this as most couriers just rush off to the next job, so i was very happy with this extra bit of customer service, needs recognised when it happens, well done

I was out when the delivery man called and as he was back in the area later he tried again - what fantastic service!

Later in the afternoon his route took him near our home and he called round again on the chance I would be in. I was too happy I wanted to hug him!

I couldn't be home for my parcel so left a note for driver to either leave with neighbour or my work address five minutes drive from home. The driver brought my parcel to me at work and was very polite. Thank you ever so much to him for making the effort. 🤗
