I was out at work and wouldn’t make my delivery in time, so izadeal phoned me to see if I would be their to get my package as it required a signature. After saying I would be late I asked if he could pass it on to neighbours which he tried to do but they weren’t in. So instead of waiting until the next day or when it would be re-delivered again he met me and delivered it to me without and fuss, because of this I am able to go out to my party because my outfit was delivered on time. Thank you so much!!! Would highly recommended Izadeal as a delivery driver! Couldn’t fault him in anyway!

I needed to send a small parcel from Leeds to my son who was caravanning in the French countryside. I dropped the parcel at 17:58 and it was delivered to my son at lunchtime the following day! In addition I was able to track the parcel at regular intervals throughout its journey. I will certainly use DHL again and have no hestation in recommending their service to family and friends.

I went to get a box from DHL in Richmond and they said I need to pack my box in front of them. What is that about?

From stating at WH Smith’s to my documents arriving in Peru , wonderful service and ongoing information allowing me to make sure of their arrival. Only took just over two days!!!

Tried to contact them. they don't advertise their number anywhere making it hard to be contacted. Only message/email choice. but too late to do anything by the time they reply.

Sam spoke to the local depot and arranged my shipment of 14 cartons a day early. One phone call and It was sorted in under 5 minutes!

I booked pick up from home, invoice wasn't ready but Sam the driver PR9X was very helpful .Actually he was more helpful and patient when I asked questions than the customer service staff, because he speaks calm and friendly. Many thanks to Sam

This was the first time that I used the DHL service, and I am really impressed. I hasten to add that it really takes a lot to impress me!!I sent docs to Bulgaria, from the uk at appx 13.30 on Monday 29th August and they were received at appx 12.30 the following day, quicker than first class in the uk!! I will definitely use this service again, and recommend it to others..

First time using DHL - total rookie! Easy to use site, local drop off point was a big relief. It would be useful to have the pricelist and delivery time/country in the world within the FAQ, not after you have recorded your parcel. Thank you.
