Good luck finding a drop off point
The DHL website is hopelessly out of date. I have visited 3 sites in 2 different cities and all 3 sites no longer act as drop off points. Read more

Booking on line doesn't give sufficient information. I booked a delivery to Philippines, put value £ 200.00. According to the rules in Philippines value above $ 198.00 is a subject to tax payable by a receiver. It was a gift, how can one expect a receiver to pay tax. The items I sent were used curtains.
The information about the amount of payable tax must be on DHL website. Calls to DHL are not free in order to ask a question over the phone.
On top of £ 172 for shipment I had to pay £ 87 tax duty in order the receiver could receive the goods.
Very disappointed with DHL website.

I was rushing this morning trying to pack an item that needed to be delivered to the US. it was my first time sending a package to the US. Paul was very calm and helped me to make sure the package was properly protected and advised me on what type of information I needed to include in the package (commercial invoice).
I will definitely be using DHL again.

Marvelous service sending an expense watch from UK to my son in Cyprus, very quick to reach Mazotos in larnaca... BUT. the staff in Cyprus have not been able to deliver because of a query about the address.. We have been sending to the address for 5 years without any problems. Package will not be delivered until Monday. 72 hours later.. Son lives in Mazotos 5 miles away from dhl. Go figure.

A huge, sincere thanks to Lee who came back to my house at 7pm in Sheffield on Nov 7 to deliver my parcel I kept missing. We were having one of the worst 24 hours of rain and flooding in Sheffield's history and he came back on a dark, miserable night. Thank you thank you thank you Lee 😃😃👏👏 he truly deserves a commendation , what a hard worker and I hope you look after your staff well . Also thanks to Theresa in the call centre who was so kind when I was upset i wouldn't have the parcel on time She really tried her best. Fabulous people X

My parcel was literally collected on Wednesday and delivered the next evening. I cannot believe the speed . The reliability of the service where two parcels where collect and delivered . The delivery driver was so friendly and met his time scale from the text I recieved . Shipping information was not laggy but recieved promptly . Amazed at the service I received

Very efficient right up to the point when I wanted to know if the parcel being collected was insured. I can't believe DHL they still operate a premium rate phone number! Even if you find the 'normal' phone number the system deflects you into premium rate. So I hung up. No idea if the parcel is insured, and no way to find out without spending money. Not good enough!
