Later in the afternoon his route took him near our home and he called round again on the chance I would be in. I was too happy I wanted to hug him!

I couldn't be home for my parcel so left a note for driver to either leave with neighbour or my work address five minutes drive from home. The driver brought my parcel to me at work and was very polite. Thank you ever so much to him for making the effort. 🤗

Fabulous experience today.. we are not the easiest to find, but your driver managed to find us and left our urgent parcel in a safe place, leaving a humerous card message about leaving it next to the cat in the stables! Which was so true! Have laughed all night! Hang on to him he’s a fantastic asset and a competitive advantage beats hands down the other grumps we have had from other delivery companies!
