No DHL service at W H Smith in Winton, Bournemouth

I don't know whether this is DHL's or W H Smith's fault. I went there to return a parcel and they said their DHL system was down. I asked when they thought it would be working again and they said they had no idea - it hadn't been working for months!
I think DHL/Smith's should either get the system working again pronto or remove them from the DHL website. I was not a happy bunny!

Although I received an excellent service from dhl, I was very shocked that after being charged £70 delivery charge, I was then being asked for over £58 customs charges that I was not aware of before purchasing from usa. I have to put this down to a very expensive mistake. I will never buy from overseas again.
