Recieved emails and texts to say my parcels would be arriving. Parcel came with in the allotted time frame which was great, unfortunately I was at work so my other half had to sign for all of the above. Delivery driver was rude to her and clearly expected her and my 2 year old daughter to carry heavy gym equipment in my absence which he had blocked our hall way with. We have deliveries from different couriers all day everyday as she runs a business from home, never has she complained to ‘ME’ about the manor of any of the drivers until today. Thanks DHL!

What good is it arranging for a parcel to be delivered a safe spot shop if the shop is going to refuse it! Way to go now, no my 7 year old has to wait an extra 3 days for his birthday present.
Also thanks for letting me know it had even been refused delivery.

Was due a amazon parcel which was to be delivered by DHL, popped out to the shops quickly in the morning and just missed the delivery as I was on my way back. got the note to say they would try again tomorrow. My driver was Harry who I missed which was my fault but he went above and beyond and came back a few hours later to re-attempt to deliver to me again (this time I was home), amazing service, I was not expecting this, great guy. hope this review gets to him as he is amazing! DHL is lucky to have him.

I just wanted to comment on the delivery driver of my parcel. He was the most polite gentleman I've ever had deliver a parcel, probably one of the most polite gentleman I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Genuinely sounded both apologetic for disturbing me and when he told me to have a good day. He needs a raise because customer service like that just doesn't happen anymore! I wish I caught his name, please forward this on and let him know his grace didn't go unnoticed and to keep it up even on the worst days.
