Thank you DHL for an excellent service. I paid £3.99 to have some car parts on next day delivery which is brilliant value especially as you can track your package in real time and you can also amend your delivery slot and/or add instructions such as to leave it with a neighbour. The tracking is invaluable as it means you can see where your parcel is at any given time so if you need to pop out for a short time you don’t need to worry about missing your delivery. The courier was very friendly and courteous. I can’t fault the service I received and it makes a nice change to deal with professionals.

Poor service, i arranged a delivery, and due to poor traffic, realised i would not make the delivery time. Contacted DHL to notify them of our delay and requested the driver left the parcel with a neighbour, and if they could not leave it with a neighbour to notify us. The driver did not attempt to leave it with a neighbour, and did not bother to contact us to inform us either. Disappointing service really.

Brilliant service, the tracking information was very accurate, very impressed. So much better than other delivery services. Well done.

You gave me an estimated time of delivery on Monday. Yet you deliver it two days early. This item is for my wife's birthday and she is the one who got the package off the driver. Thanks DHL for spoiling her surprise. Thanks for letting me know an hour before delivery when I haven't got my phone on me. If you change the delivery day you could of said the night before.

Had this jacket delivered form Germany for £12 but I needed to return it. WH Smith Bideford the DHL agent were very unhelpful and demanded £105 to return the parcel

I recommend DHL for parcel deliveries and would use again myself. Their prices beat anyone else I looked at. My parcel arrived at destination in Australia in 5 days. Parcel arrived intact as I posted it. Great service door to door....tracked... Thank you.

Paul from Route BXSB or BX5B went above and beyond his duty to find me and deliver my daughters Christmas present that came from Worldwide. He kept ringing my mobile and I wouldn't answer as didn't know the number - when I eventually answered he told me who he was and delivering from DHL and couldn't find me. I knew what it was and couldn't thank him enough for making sure I got my package.

Just wanted to say it makes such a difference to have great service! Jay the courier from Basildon couldn’t be more helpful, accommodating and polite.... such a refreshing change he really is a credit to DHL! I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but this one deserves it! Well done DHL
