Although I received an excellent service from dhl, I was very shocked that after being charged £70 delivery charge, I was then being asked for over £58 customs charges that I was not aware of before purchasing from usa. I have to put this down to a very expensive mistake. I will never buy from overseas again.

Was desperate to get a passport down to Monaco, guaranteed next day before 12pm and I’m delighted that you did it. The staff and service I received from the team at East Midlands Airport was exceptional, thank you for a brilliant service, you really saved the day.

Brilliant service very impressed received text messages to let me know that my delivery was on its way what day it would be delivered and then a time frame too. ... Read more
Brilliant service very impressed received text messages to let me know that my delivery was on its way what day it would be delivered and then a time frame too.
I also love the fact that you can opt to receive a text message from the driver to notify you that you are his next stop.
The driver I had today too was brilliant he even rang me on my mobile to notify me of his arrival. He was very friendly and helpful too.
I would definitely look forward to having a parcel delivered by DHL in the future and would use their services to send a parcel too.
