Went to pick up a diverted parcel and received outstanding customer service from the man on the desk and the delivery driver. They really went above and beyond to make sure we got our usual parcel home safe ☺️

We are a health clinic requiring DHL services to ship samples within and outside the UK and over the past 8 months, we have had the pleasure of the services of two of your superb employees namely Craig Pittham and Neil Redrupp of your Northampton branch. They have been exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to ensure the effective collection and delivery of our samples. One may say they are only doing their job, but this is not the case, they have made our jobs and lives so much easier and we are rest assured that everything will go smoothly every time we know that Craig or Neil is on Duty. We wanted to express our thanks and let you know that they are living and breathing examples of a great customer service. Thank you Craig and Neil. The lady that delivered the ergonomic desk that I ordered from online was fantastic, not only is she very strong and capable but caring too as she moved a parcel that had been left on my door step to a safe place for me along with the desk she was delivering and I really do appreciate that as I have had parcels stolen in the past. I've been really impressed with the service from you folk, from the start of the journey in Japan and onward at all the 'via points' towards the local DHL destination point in Cambridge from where the package was transported to the recipient's address. Truly bob-on with tracking accuracy and timings; very helpful to see real time status of where the package is, and so much better than some other carrier/courier companies. Based on recent experience, I'd put you in the No.1 slot for recommendation with only one other company (withheld) coming anywhere close! Special thanks to James Keys-Kidd at the local depot (he won't know me from Adam but obviously runs a good team), together with sorters and the driver that day too please. The guy who delivered was well presented, efficient and clearly 'on board' with the demands of the job. The van tracking facility just prior to the drop enabled me to be outside at the same time as the parcel arrived, and this led to speedy handover of the goods to the benefit of both me and the driver. If only more customers showed consideration to your drivers by being already present to accept the goods in a timely manner. I requested my parcels to be collected today although it was organized for tomorrow, and Vladi from Manchester DHL Express service did his best to do it today by kindly calling me in advance and organizing it patiently and smoothly. Order pick up at 11.15 am , 15 mins later courier at my door. I didn't have a label printed off. No issues Jim was able to sort this. Extreme helpful and friendly
