I used DHL express shipment Sheffield where I was greeted by Luke , a truly amazing guy who gave outstanding customer service , something very rare these days , he was knowledgeable, efficient, and went the extra mile. This is a testimony about the quality of staff ( DHL employs) that speaks volumes! On 10 June 2024 in Lake District,Cockermouth, around noon, we were totally lost in the hills , with no signal , internet , having driven in circles for quite a while. With pride we would like to Highlight DHL staff Michael ( Mike) Forster ( vehicle X9 RKY) who told us to wait a bit, as he responsibly delivered his parcels in nearby houses ; drove back to us and personally led us out of the hills to open grounds. We applaud DHL for such staff and we salute Mike Forster for all his time, effort and care for my husband and I. God bless You Mr. Mike Forster and your family too!! (P.s. DHL please could I get a reply that Mike Forster has received this compliment? Otherwise, there's no way I would know of the outcome nor will we get to see Mike again. Thank you very much!)
