the driver does not do his job properly! he doesn't come to my address and says it is closed for delivery ... I contacted the customer service and with all the details I provided including my phone number to call me if they had any questions about the address. nothing!!! they were not at my house and they say again that it is closed to deliver the parcel. I don't understand !!! I checked the security cameras and nothing !!! I've been home for two days waiting for the parcel ...

What a terrible firm driver never turned up but said he had tried to deliver and no one was in. total fabrication wife took day off work as no specific time slot was given. CCTV proves that he never turned up.
Customer services unable to contact him on phone not answering so said had messaged him and told him to return before 5pm. Rang constantly from 4:30 onwards cut off or left on phone 3 times.
Requested the driver's name and depot would not give.
Days pay lost and still not received parcel. appalling!!!!

What a SERVICE! My parcel was picked on Friday the 8th of August'20 afternoon in India and it's a going to be delivered today!!! It's 'unimaginable' especially, I had a horrible experience with UPS and it took over 2 weeks from India and not only that you, can not contact anyone. So DHL thumbs up for you.

Missed the driver in the morning tried to ring local depot many times eventually got through the assistant wasnt clear on my question about my order.
Asked about the card saying " the driver will try to re-deliver the parcel"
"Oh no he will bring it back for delivery on Monday"
Anyway hats off to Darren the driver he returned later that day,good man thank you very much. He was very polite and helpful and I appreciate his efforts.

I have used DHL several times during lockdown to get parcels to family in Cyprus. All my parcels arrived either within 24 hours or just over. The collection is hassle free (as long as you read the instructions!) and the drivers always friendly and courteous. My parcels have arrived in perfect condition. Great service between London and Cyprus. I thoroughly recommend.
