I am so impressed with DHL parcel collection and delivery, This is the first time I have used their service and it was to deliver several boxes of items of low monetary value but high in sentimental value. I had packaged various items belonging to my Aunt who recently passed away, to be delivered to her family in South Africa. I was very concerned in case anything was damaged or lost during transit. The parcels were picked up from my home on Tuesday this week and my cousin in SA let me know they had all arrived at her home this morning. A 3 day delivery is much quicker than we expected and all boxes were delivered with no damages found. Thank you!

Had problems trying to sort out customs tariff code to send my parcel, spent four hours trying but gave up and next day called in at Darlington Blackett Road. The member of staff there ( sorry didn’t notice your name) was absolutely brilliant and after a while managed to sort it all out for me. My parcel arrived in Texas five days later.

Two parcels were booked to be collected between 9.00 am and 12.00 noon. Driver eventually turned up at 4.10 pm with no excuse other than he had been all over the place. This really is not helpful. We paid for a morning pick up and over 4 hours later is not acceptable. Our office is actually closed so someone went in specifically to wait for DHL.

Had a heavy and strange shaped item to send to Australia. Checked out DHL and was surprised at the attention received in particular Lorna who was excellent especially during these awful times with social distancing etc. The price was fair but they offered free packaging. On the whole a good experience and stress free. Thank you and will definitely use you again and recommend you to my friends and family. People are too quick to complain but credit where it’s due. Well done.

Courier Mr Phillip Sung attended my address to collect my parcel for shipment today and truly delivered the best customer service to ensure my parcel left with. I'd made a mistake when booking, which meant it would have taken a lot of work to contact, cancel then re-book to rectify the situation. Phillip was a true super hero today and made things happen there and then. Many thanks to him for going above and beyond to help today. 100% the best service I've experienced with any courier service, if there had been 10 stars you would have received them!

DHL delivered a case of wine to my 87-year old mother this morning but left it (in a safe place) on the ground floor of her three-storey block of flats. She lives on the top floor and there is no lift. I called DHL to say that she couldn't get it upstairs herself (and the other residents are all elderly) and in less than an hour the driver had returned and taken it up to her flat.
