I received a call from your driver to let me know he wasn't able to deliver my parcel as it needed a signature. He did say that he would try, but couldn't promise, to deliver it again on his way back to his depot. My address can frequently cause confusion with manner drivers but, on his way back to the depot, knowing that I was eager to find out what someone had sent me, he delivered the parcel quite late on. He has to be one of the most courteous drivers I have met. DHL, he's a keeper.

I had never used DHL before. I was dreading it as I had numerous presents to go to Italy and was told I would have to wrap them there. I was greeted by a young lady called Amy (I think), what an absolute delight, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. She was also very patient, I wasn't made to feel rushed at all. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I was finally done. She made the whole thing a pleasant experience.
Expensive, yes, but I went to bed with my large box in Birmingham and woke up to it in Italy. It hasn't actually got to my son yet but I have every confidence that it will.

The guys that delivered our fridge today were absolutely fantastic. We just expected them to leave the fridge in the hallway to our flat as the front door was proving impossible to fit the fridge through. They took all measures, which was a lot of work (for them, we were kind of helpless), to make sure they got the fridge in. They deserve a big bonus, thanks guys so much!

This is the first time I've used DHL parcel delivery. After reaserching all parcel deliveries from UK to USA, this was an excellant service. Receipt said the parcel would take 3 days from UK to USA delivery, and it did. I tracked all the way. Although I did think the cost was a little exspensive, I got over that bit and will definately use again
