The guys that delivered our fridge today were absolutely fantastic. We just expected them to leave the fridge in the hallway to our flat as the front door was proving impossible to fit the fridge through. They took all measures, which was a lot of work (for them, we were kind of helpless), to make sure they got the fridge in. They deserve a big bonus, thanks guys so much!

This is the first time I've used DHL parcel delivery. After reaserching all parcel deliveries from UK to USA, this was an excellant service. Receipt said the parcel would take 3 days from UK to USA delivery, and it did. I tracked all the way. Although I did think the cost was a little exspensive, I got over that bit and will definately use again

I would totally recommend DHL. I recently sent 4 huge boxes of clothes and bedding etc to Leeds from London Collected from my home Delivered next day as promised before Midday. Huge Thanks, driver friendly and helpful Will definitely use DHL In the future 100%

It would be a great idea to ring the bell! I wear a hearing aid and don't hear knocking. Good job I checked to see if he'd been. Otherwise NO DELIVERY as it would have been stolen just sitting on the step.👹

Colin delivered a package from SKY which was an apology from them. I didn’t know what was inside but Colin placed it safely in my porch and then chatted to me. I really appreciated his friendly attitude particularly after such a bad day, it really cheered me up.

I am so impressed with DHL parcel collection and delivery, This is the first time I have used their service and it was to deliver several boxes of items of low monetary value but high in sentimental value. I had packaged various items belonging to my Aunt who recently passed away, to be delivered to her family in South Africa. I was very concerned in case anything was damaged or lost during transit. The parcels were picked up from my home on Tuesday this week and my cousin in SA let me know they had all arrived at her home this morning. A 3 day delivery is much quicker than we expected and all boxes were delivered with no damages found. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service. I have accidentally entered my shipping address wrong. Realized after failing to deliver on the expected day. Called the customer service and they fixed the issue in a flash. Got the delivery next day without any issue.

Had problems trying to sort out customs tariff code to send my parcel, spent four hours trying but gave up and next day called in at Darlington Blackett Road. The member of staff there ( sorry didn’t notice your name) was absolutely brilliant and after a while managed to sort it all out for me. My parcel arrived in Texas five days later.
