I asked my son which was the best parcel service, he said DHL are always the most professional delivering to us. So, used them for the first time just after Tier 4 announced. Very easy to organise with good instructions on the website. Pick up and delivery on time, with immediate text notifications and tracking. They delivered a parcel from Reading to London 3 days before Christmas, in less than 24 hours. A parcel with a little bit of Christmas for family who can't be with us. Thank you for working so hard.
I will be using DHL for all my parcels now.

Thank you soooooo much for delivering my parcel to my brother in America so quickly and in one piece. He was unable to come back to the UK on vacation this year, we really wanted to send him something from here ... chocolates ..... The parcel was collected Wednesday 6:30pm and was delivered to him by 1am UK time Friday. He was presently surprised.
The Tracking feature in the App is amazing too, if I’m honest I didn’t believe the parcel was already in New York when I woke up Thursday morning.
Amazing service!!

The courier picked it up from my house,the postage was amazing.
On the day you get a 1hr slot for delivery or pickup. Both parcels intact
