For some reason I was unable to print off the required forms for pick up and Rab Davidson (EIBA) stepped in and saved the day. He asked me to email him the document and said he would print it out at the depo. This was all done with good hearted manners and exceptional competence. Many, many thanks for saving the day Rab. Would not hesitate to use this service again.

I have had parcels sent from UK to Peru. The latest had no tracking information updated and until the driver arrived at the door, as far as I knew it was stuck in Heathrow. Then the driver demanded the PEN equivalent of €10 because, as of the start of the year, they are charging this on all imports. WHY? I paid for door-to-door service; why do I have to pay for this again???? There were no customs duties to pay/administer, nothing other than the absolute minimum. Did someone decide that profits are down due to Covid, so the solution is to shakedown the customers? We are all suffering, but it is temporary; this comes across as spraying us with contempt.

My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to have one of your absolute GENTLEMAN hero delivery men visit us today. He was clearly outrageously busy but was nice enough to spend some time to have a socially distanced chat as he dropped off a package. He was truly polite and gave us an insight into just how HARD he is working to bring people their deliveries. He really cheered us up and if I could I would have shook his hand. I saluted him as he dashed off to finish another long day. I didn't get his name, but please pass on my comments. He should be congratulated! He GENUINELY made our day. I was initially very dubious about sending my passport from South Africa to Uk for renewal. However I was promised in my local DHL collection office, that it was safe and tracked, and would be delivered by 18/1/21. It has arrived in Durham, and been signed for, just 2 days after mailing from Cape Town, and three days earlier than promised. An excellent service all round, with superb online tracking for the entire journey. Well done DHL.
