Took parcel to Enfield depot yesterday and the staff were amazing and so helpful.my parcel was being sent to the Tulsa USA.and it was out for delivery today.In only 24hrs.Amazing service would recommend DHL to anyone.thank you for a stress free service and one happy daughter in tulsa

I want delivery fast ok

This is the first time i have used a courier service . I sent 2 food hampers from glasgow to newcastle and coventry. The courier picked it up from my house,the postage was amazing. On the day you get a 1hr slot for delivery or pickup. Both parcels intact I will he using yourselves again and already recommended you

Just wanted to say what a great service by our local delivery driver. I knew no one would be in, so i left instruction and he went above and beyond to make sure my parcels were delivered and left safely.

I would like to let you know of the brilliant service I have received from the Perth depot. I have collected parcels from Germany a few times and the staff have been very helpful when the online tracking system has not been very clear. However when I sent a parcel last week to Germany the assistance I received was much appreciated. I processed and paid from the parcel on line and I had been advised that the depot could print the labels. I received an email showing details but no consignment number. ( this has still never appeared). The person I spoke to at the depot tried to look for the number,but no luck. He said he would try later and took my mobile in case of problems. The parcel arrived in Cologne on Monday 14 December safe and sound. Great service especially at this busy time of the year. Once again thank you .

Your delivery lady called Samantha that delivers parcel from your reading depot is such an amazing lady. she is very kind and very professional. She goes above and beyond her duty. She works really hard to get all parcels deliver on time. We get regular deliveries from DHL and she’s always been very pleasant and cheerful even if it’s nearing the end of her busy she’s still full of enthusiasm. She deserves an award for she’s an excellent representative of your company.

Such great customer service from everyone I dealt with today, from the guy on the customer service helpline to all the staff at the Harlow depot, really friendly and helpful, thank you!

I received a call from your driver to let me know he wasn't able to deliver my parcel as it needed a signature. He did say that he would try, but couldn't promise, to deliver it again on his way back to his depot. My address can frequently cause confusion with manner drivers but, on his way back to the depot, knowing that I was eager to find out what someone had sent me, he delivered the parcel quite late on. He has to be one of the most courteous drivers I have met. DHL, he's a keeper. Thank you so much to DHL and to your fantastic driver Stephen :)

I had never used DHL before. I was dreading it as I had numerous presents to go to Italy and was told I would have to wrap them there. I was greeted by a young lady called Amy (I think), what an absolute delight, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. She was also very patient, I wasn't made to feel rushed at all. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I was finally done. She made the whole thing a pleasant experience. Expensive, yes, but I went to bed with my large box in Birmingham and woke up to it in Italy. It hasn't actually got to my son yet but I have every confidence that it will. Many thanks DHL and Amy.
