Documents sent from Cyprus to the UK. Left Cyprus yesterday and arrived in the UK at my door around 31 hours later, with text messages received from DHL with updates on the delivery. Really pleased with the service, time and the cost which was far cheaper than any other international courier. Will definitely recommend and use again. Great work DHL.

Amazing service received from DHL on a collection originating in UK. Requested a pick up time of between 10am and 3pm on 18th Feb 2021 and documents picked up a minute or two after 10am...5 stars for that! Had an expected delivery date of Monday 1st March, and was ok with that as International flights into South Africa are currently very limited. Documents arrived and were delivered by pm on Monday 22nd Feb to an outlying area in the province of KZN. DHL may not always be the cheapest courier, but they are head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to service especially in such difficult logistical times. Well done DHL, simply brilliant!

The delivery turned up on the correct day however the delivery driver tried to jam my package through the letterbox by folding it in half. It was clearly marked do not bend. Luckily my daughter opened the door and stopped him. He had no mask on and did not attempt to knock at the door.
I'm assuming items are not signed for at this difficult time as this package required a signature but this was not asked for despite your site saying that I signed for it.

Great service, really exceeded expectations. My parcels couldn't be delivered as it is hard to gain access to my building. I really needed my parcels so I called the depot and the man I spoke to was so helpful and contacted the driver for me. The driver (Jim) was also really helpful and let me come and collect my parcels whilst he was doing the rest of his deliveries so I would get them right away. Such a pleasant surprise that everyone was so helpful!

Attempted delivery but claim I wasn't at home. I haven't left all day. No attempt to call me, walk 30 secs to the main door to buzz in or deliver to my neighbours (5 neighbours, all 5 at home). I received no "your next" message even tho I signed up to it. I have been receiving messages all day regarding delayed delivery, then it conveniently stops went I'm supposed to recieve my parcel.

Without his help it would have taken a lot longer to get to hospital and get treatment.
I'm afraid I didn't take his van number or his name so I can't thank him directly.

we had DHL make a delivery (from Argos) for an American style fridge freezer. The guys were beyond helpful after realising we couldn’t get the fridge through the front door (the doorframe was ok, but it was the actual door that made it not fit).. My stupid mistake... The two guys helped me to remove the front door and they did not have an easy job of lifting the fridge through (I swear one of them could have got a hernia). They even then helped to put the door back on afterwards, even though I already worried that I’d already taken up too much of their time. I didn’t catch their name, but I’d say give those guys a well deserved break, they certainly earned it!
