I don't think I have ever experienced better customer service than I did today, from all those involved in tracking and swiftly returning a package to me. The customer service team I spoke to on the phone were friendly, professional, fast acting and most importantly reassuring, during a nightmare situation where I urgently needed to halt and return my shipment. Not forgetting a massive thank you to the courier who returned my shipment to my address within 10 minutes of contacting the team. Impressed! Will certainly use your company again in the future.

My daughter uses your courier and I am to wait in and receive them. We have both experienced excellent customer service from your drivers, but one in particular is so cheerful funny and polite, helpful as I am disabled. His dedication to deliver goods expected, went beyond duty when he arrived very late with a heavy parcel, explaining he had a technical delay. We were delighted and ever so thankful he truly saved the day. Merry Christmas to you and your team, please pass on my comments to Riccardo sorry I can’t remember his surname but I think he’s Italian

I was scheduled for a delivery but unfortunately my plans changed and I was not at home. When I called the courier back he was helpful and did all he could to make sure I got the parcel same day. I’ve used DHL several times in the past and they never failed. Thank you for great service. Keep up :)

This is the second time I try to leave my review, thus it is a bit shorter. Please contact me if you want to have a brief. I will not use your services again for business if this is the state of your service. Here a note from my secretary: "The parcel still has not arrived  despite me speaking to DHL Customer Service in France every day for the last week. The status has not changed on the tracking results even though I have given DHL Ashley’s’ phone number so they could make contact with him. Ashley says he has received zero communication from DHL. No card was left at his address when DHL attempted the delivery and no phone call follow up. Apparently the parcel is at a pick up point close to Ashley’s house but Ashley has not been told where or the process to collect. It is a shambles. It seems I cannot request delivery to the house, because the system says ‘awaiting collection by recipient as requested’ – this is untrue since recipient has had no communications with DHL. Can you request the parcel is returned to London please?"

We had posted a parcel on the 13 of Sept. (which contained birthday present for the Vice Presdient of our business unit), which should have been delivered to his home address. Seemingly DHL tried to deliver it already on the next day but non one was home. The parcel was then marked in error for collection. The receiver however claims to have never received any follow up communication. My secretary called in every day to inquire. As the parcel was marked in error for collection, we had no right to demand another delivery, which I am frankly appalled by. Needless to say the birthday present is quite obsolete now and we are trying now to reroute the parcel back to the office again. While DHL personnel was seemingly polite, the processes simply don't work and I will not use the service again for business reasons. Bit of a problem....we're just arriving in Portsmouth in our ferry from Santander and get a call from our daughter, with whom we've been travelling in Spain for a few days before dropping her in Satander yesterday (she's staying in Spain for another night before flying home). We learn she has left her passport in our car, just arriving in Portsmouth on Tuesday September 18. While my wife and I have been on the high seas our stuck-in-Spain daughter and her sister in the UK have been busy working on a fix. They find DHL in Eastleigh, just off our route home to South Wales. They direct us there and we find the depot is still open, even though it's late in the working day. And then a wonderfully helpful, cheerful and positive young lady behind the counter - sorry, I should have asked her name - fixed the problem by despatching our daughter's passport ASAP to Spain. Please pass her our most sincere thanks, not least on behalf of stranded daughter who received her passport before noon next day. Great service and excellent value, very much appreciated.

That’s a Lie as my Bell has not rung all morning I’m sitting wasting the whole morning cancelled my hair app so I can be here I am FUMING WHY IF LIKE THEY SAID THEY TRIED TO DELIVER WHY NOT TEXT OR PHONE ME TO CHECK IF IM IN OR NOT ? IT DONT MAKE SENCE NOT TO CALL ME OR TEXT ME WHY DO WE HAVE TO GIVE YOU OUR PHONE NUMBER IF YOU DONT BOTHER TO USE IT AT A TIME LIKE THIS ?? NOW IV’E CALLED TO GET BOOKED INTO GET MY HAIR DONE BUT NOW THERE TOO BUSY SO I CANNOT SAY HOW ANGERY I AM FUMING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT SPOILT MY WEEKEND COMPLETELY !!!
