I didn't see the notification about the delivery and was out. It was a huge heavy box. The driver tried both gates ( locked) before I noticed on the Ring doorbell and spoke to him. I explained there was a difficult to get to hidden bolt on a side gate. He found it and carried the box right up my path to the front door. He then went back and relocked the gate from the other side - not easy! He could easily have just left a card, left the parcel inside the gate or left the gate unlocked but he went that extra mile. Thank you so much great service and much appreciated.

I used DHL to send the key to my electric bike battery as I'd left it at home in Bristol and was already on the Way of the Roses cycle path in Yorkshire.
We did not realise that our neighbour had dropped my key off too late at the DHL safe store for next day delivery on the Friday and so the key was going to be delivered on the Monday which was far too late for me.
I was going to have to abandon the trip (planned months in advance) an called DHL in desperation.
Rebecca, Charlotte and Kathy were amazing, despite some of the calls being late evening and at the weekend.
They arranged for another courier to pick the key up and deliver it to the hotel I was staying in.
I cannot thank them enough for going right out of their way to get this essential key to me, without which I'd have been taking a local taxi from point to point along the way!

After experiencing very poor service from other international postal companies I decided to try DHL. I used DHL express shipment Sheffield where I was greeted by Luke , a truly amazing guy who gave outstanding customer service , something very rare these days , he was knowledgeable, efficient, and went the extra mile.
