DHL's last recommended posting dates for delivery before Christmas have all passed. Parcels can still be sent, but please expect delivery after Christmas.
Sending gifts?
- At this time of year, we see an increase in prohibited items such as cash, perfume and aftershave, battery packs and Christmas crackers. Please check what you can and can’t send with DHL as parcels containing prohibited items will be stopped. When a parcel is stopped, it will be held for collection at your local DHL Service Centre.
- In line with UK Aviation Security regulations, wrapped gifts will be opened for inspection by a qualified DHL employee and then resealed as carefully as possible.
