Book a DHL Parcel Collection By Phone

With DHL, international and UK parcel delivery couldn’t be easier. Simply call our friendly team to book your parcel collection over the phone. Then pack your item and a DHL courier will collect it from your home or business premises.

Why book a DHL delivery by phone?

You don’t have to set up an account for express parcel delivery with DHL by phone. Just have your parcel's weight and dimensions ready when you call Customer Service to make your booking by phone, accept the delivery price, pay for the service and wait for your parcel collection. It’s that easy! You can even plan ahead and arrange a collection up to seven days in advance if you book by phone.

Our standard weight limit is 70kg per parcel with a maximum parcel size of 120 x 80 x 80 cm, but Customer Service can provide a quote for heavier and larger items.

And if you're looking for service options such as insurance, pre 9:00 or pre 12:00 delivery, Saturday parcel collection or delivery, simply ask Customer Service to include that service in your quote when you call. A wider range of services is available for bookings made by phone.

DHL Shipment Insurance

In addition to the standard DHL Express liability, we can provide financial protection against the risk of physical loss or damage to your parcels from external causes during transportation by DHL.

The charge for Shipment Insurance is £12 for shipments valued up to £800. If the total value of the shipment is more than £800, then the insurance for the shipment is 1.5% of the total shipment value.
